QSC got busted by the Chinese for selling steroids in large volumes, and they are trying to "make good" (bribe) the necessary officials. My understanding (and I may be very wrong here) is that Tracy isn't Chinese and may not even live in China, so if my understanding is correct t would make sense as to why he's able to post. Probably just keeping quiet while the folks in China try and get themselves out of a pickle.
