Is there an online witch doctor I can pay for a quick Tirzepatide script? Taking the family to Cozumel, Mexico for some scuba diving and NOT trying to get TSA'd into next week. Or should I just hit up my chiropractor? Dude swears he's a 'real doctor' every adjustment... LOL, (just looking for zero side quests).

Many people have done the whole insulin route. That being said if it was me I would just take a dose right before I leave and not worry about timing too much.

The thermometer isn't accurate so if did it again I'd get one without it. 1 ice pack kept is cold for 30 hours of travel. Any double wall stainless bottle should work.
