A research/investigation subforum for trevogrumab. Looks really interesting. I think it's paired with semaglutide but it's a myostatin inhibitor, which means your floor for growing muscles increases. You just put on lean muscles for existing. It's in phase two of clinical trials.

Trevogrumab (∝-MSTN) and garetosmab (∝-ActA) seems to be a huge step forward.
Combined with semaglutide, Trevogrumab prevents muscle loss while losing weight.

ADD garetosmab to the mix and the result is muscle gain while losing weight!

Given that Trevogrumab is a monoclonal antibody the current peptide manufacturing/distribution chain would seem unlikely to provide it anytime soon - as yet it really IS a research compound.

Yes, monoclonal antibody is issue #1 and issue #2 will be storage requirements:
Store at 2 to 8 °C for 1-2 weeks. Store at -20 °C for 12 months. Store at -80 °C for long-term storage.
