Trevogrumab (∝-MSTN) and garetosmab (∝-ActA) seems to be a huge step forward.
Combined with semaglutide, Trevogrumab prevents muscle loss while losing weight.

ADD garetosmab to the mix and the result is muscle gain while losing weight!

Given that Trevogrumab is a monoclonal antibody the current peptide manufacturing/distribution chain would seem unlikely to provide it anytime soon - as yet it really IS a research compound.

Given that Trevogrumab is a monoclonal antibody the current peptide manufacturing/distribution chain would seem unlikely to provide it anytime soon - as yet it really IS a research compound.

Yes, monoclonal antibody is issue #1 and issue #2 will be storage requirements:
Store at 2 to 8 °C for 1-2 weeks. Store at -20 °C for 12 months. Store at -80 °C for long-term storage.

Well, if anyone on the forum is rich and loves research, these can already be had. Which makes me hopeful China will jump on it.

edit: Also just found out about bimagrumab, another potential myostatin inhibitor. Maybe just a section for potential myostatin inhibitors since there are a few?
