Currently, there are delays in shipping orders from the U.S. warehouse. We recommend that customers who wish to place an order prioritize orders shipped from the China warehouse.

Placed my order on 6/19 It was the weekend of the Dragon Festival. Nancy had told me I would get my product faster from China as US Warehouse was out of what I wanted. A quick Alipay, and Monday I had a pic of my order. It shipped on Thursday the 26th. Monday the 29th it is here. Nancy communicated with me every step of the way. Remember they are 12 hrs ahead of us timewise. She was up late a couple nights working on orders, when I figured she would be Partying. Thank you Nancy for your attention to detail. I will definitely use you service again.

All I know is on the 19th she told me in advance to order from china. I took her advice and did so.
