Basically, under the executive order issued on Monday, May 12, 2025:
- The tariff rate on small packages from China will be reduced from 120% to 54%
- The flat fee option will remain at $100 per package
- The previously planned increase to $200 in June has been canceled
- These changes will take effect on May 14, 2025 (tomorrow)

This adjustment is part of a broader trade agreement where the U.S. will reduce its overall tariffs on Chinese imports from 145% to 30% for 90 days, while China will lower its tariffs on American goods from 125% to 10%

It appears we'll continue to have changing tariff policies. However, it does seem the Trump administration will remain too unfocused to be able to clamp down on GLP-1 drugs.
