Hello All, I’m looking for a compliant, reliable way to acquire USDT from Canada. So far, major exchanges and wallets aren’t offering it. Has anyone found a trustworthy method that meets Canadian regulations?

Cant type exchanges in here, but CEO of it is Kris Marszalek, its probably the best exchange in Canada.
USDT Is pretty much banned on most regulated exchanges though, just use USDC

I have no idea what you mean by "meets canadian regulations", but houdiniswap and muteswap can swap anything for a small fee without the need for an account.

You're going to use a custodial wallet like Exodus, right?
You should be. Don't ever go straight from a regulated account to a supplier, if you don't want it locked. That goes for all the majors.

Once you're in Exodus with coin transferred in from an exchange, you can use Jupiter in the Web3 section to go between different coins on the /sol (Solana) chain. So you could have PYUSD, USDC,USDT, or Solana, and move to any of the others. It's pretty cheap and fast, but read about how to do it first! If you need to be on /eth (ERC-20) then you have to use a bridge like Wormhole (/sol) or Arbitrum (/eth) to swap tokens on those chains. That's slightly more of a pain. If you somehow ended up with USDC from C0inba$e on /base then the only easy way to get it onto the right chain is through your C0inba$e account.

You might also, just be able to buy the coin you need within Exodus for a 3-5% fee. It's robbery, but it's easier, if it works in your location and with your bank.

HTH, YMMV!
