VENDOR ATTITUDE

I was going to place kind of a big order from a vendor and they texted me back with “ok” and no other instructions or green lights. I’ll pay slightly more for a little bit better customer service. I’ve had some vendors who are very kind and helpful. I’ll stick with those. Because if something happens to my package who’s to say they will give any fucks?

Buy from polite sellers. When I see that a seller is unresponsive like that, I don't even waste my time. In my experience, sellers like that, when there's a problem, take months to resend the product, and sometimes they ignore us completely.

Keep in mind comms from someone who grew up in china may feel different - cultural differences. And, as stated. If ur order is $110 ur not the priority.
They miss the bigger picture. An American company would work to make it happen. Hire temps to fulfill orders during busy times. Serve the $100 customer well and they'll be back with a $1000 order next week.

I agree that some of these vendors are dickheads...

But let's also take a moment to remember that the average peptide user doesn't know the difference between milligrams and units. There are a lot of people buying from grey and GBs who have no business doing so. I would say the majority of peptide buyers don't really know what they're doing, and these vendors undoubtedly have a hundred infuriating conversations every day.

Of course they should do all of that. They should hire americans to deal w North America etc. Eventually one of these vendors will act professional and have an order process anyone can follow. they will have help w using crypto, stable web presence STOP USING Discord etc. But, for some reason they do not so my expectations w all these vendors are low.

Are you the business or the customer in this scenario of “the costumer is always right” ? I can see a customer being very biased towards this point of view. A business not so much. The Customer isn’t one guy who is thoughtful and considered in his or her actions. It’s millions of guys who are, quite frankly, often very wrong and not worth dealing with. You may have been mistreated and you may not have, I wasn’t privy to the interaction that’s left you feeling neglected. Buck up though, do what you can for yourself and soldier on!
I'm a 65 year old AMERICAN consumer who still believes in hard work, buy AMERICAN when possible, and YES... the customer/consumer is ALWAYS right, even when their wrong. It's called "Good Business", combined with customer service and a bit of intelligent capitalism. It's been an American recipe for success for well over 100 years. It seems the Chinese have adopted our previous work ethic and we have become complacent. I may have given the wrong impression by my initial post, no mistreatment going on here, just making an observation. I don't get hurt feelings, just figured I'd stir up a little shit!😉

Maybe getting burnt out with the growing popularity and all the inquiry and orders.
Can you imagine growing up in China and suddenly having your first job where you have to interact with American consumers? We go through K-12 a baker's dozen years of practice and prep for doing business with Americans and we still want to unalive over it.

These Chinese vendors and their employees are probably appalled at how stupid and ignorant and entitled some American customers can be and I don't blame them even a little for being sick of it. I did my years in retail and I can say that the customer is usually dead wrong.

But there are a lot of vendors. If you have trouble with one, you'll find another.

They are drug dealers.
This explains why I get along with them so well.

You really wanna feel like you’re on Reddit go to STG’s tg. I got yelled at for helping someone who got scammed because I didn’t do it right. Also got yelled at for saying dm me to someone cause we were getting yelled at for being in the wrong chat.

They are crazy over there haha but I told them they’re insane and got kicked. Much better communities out there
I don't care for STG either. I'm glad I don't have to really deal with them.

Ok it looks like you have some outdated firmware in your head and your software appears to be so old that it no longer supports updates. Some customers are extremely well informed but the overwhelming majority are misinformed at best and wrong about practically everything at worst.

What I have also notice lately is two things
Taking money then saying out of stock you have to wait
Kits missing a single vial

The second one is very strange but seem to be happening more and more . I guess they are taking one vial out of each kit to make an extra kit when stocks are low .

Yeah, that's not normal. That's more like theft or gross negligence. There should always be ten vials in a kit.
The vendor I order from send a picture of the kits before packaging. Are vials missing in these instances (meaning removed after sending a photo) or are these vendors that don’t send these photos?

🤣🤣🤣 Yeah, running on Windows 7.....Responses like yours are what I expected when I started this thread!

Just out of curiosity the people buying $1k of product a month are they selling it on? I spent that for personal use and will last me 7-8 months

Has anyone noticed a lot of the vendors on this forum have developed a cocky "Take or leave it, I don't care" attitude?
Is this what You're looking for?

The inherent anonymity and shadiness surrounding this private market is bound to bring out the malevolence in folks. And when they're already swamped with orders and cash, the power dynamic is clearly skewed in favor of the sellers. The apathy of some consumers as seen here as well, coupled with the antipathy of the vendors, there really is no recourse for us poor consumers. If we get taken for a ride, all we can really do is take copious amounts of paper, wipe ourselves down, take a hot shower with the best scented soaps, find ourselves a corner, and whine away our grief.

Maybe eventually we will grow into liking it. One can only hope.

Guess I have been lucky the vendor I have chosen has good to work with me. Will tell me when idem is out of stock and when order will ship. Have only used one vendor and placed a few large orders then last few months.

I feel like the tone of messages you send will make for a much better experience as well.

"Hello friend does this item have a COA available?"

"Hello friend I would like to place an order please."

"Hello friend is there an update available for my package?"

"Thank you very much for the update!!! I really appreciate your business!! 🫡❤️

Every order I place is basically this generic template and I've never had an issue with vendors having an attitude.

Also there is a waiting period too sometimes between the messages. Give it at least a day or two for them to respond before you send another message saying "Dear Slim I wrote you, but you still aint respondin."

I only buy from polite vendors. Which means I don't always get the lowest price, and in fact means I'm mostly using GB's these days. Which is ok, considering how much I'm saving; even for the more expensive sellers, when you work out the cost per month, it's insanely low; like sounds-made-up low.

GYC was pretty polite back in the day. They probably still are, though I've heard that they're out of stock on a whole lot lately.

I bought my first kit around the start of this month. The seller was very responsive, the entire time. I would always take into account that he was on the other side of the world.

I'm also direct though. I feel like they appreciate that. It's a transaction not a visit to a restaurant. The GLP1Forum guides helped me with my crypto wallet creation.

Got a tracking number with a bit of a delay. The seller was apologetic My kit has passed customs, and has made it state side. Just need it at my door step now lol.

Happy Camper. Happy to be part of this community!

Unfortunately, Americans have accepted this substandard mentality. We no longer feel that "The customer is allway's right"! I also have no reason to believe that Lilly's attitude would be any different.
Customers used to be rational human beings. Now they're all entitled crybabies.

I haven’t had that problem. I’ve ordered 2 kits each from 4 different sellers in the last month… all found here or STG. I simply state my order and my preferred payment method. All have been responsive and provided tracking numbers within a couple days. I don’t dick around asking too many questions, I just find what i want with the documentation i want, and place the order. My biggest order to date is $400.

I was up front about my intentions. That this was my first order and with crypto and it would be a small amount just enough to get free shipping. I wanted to check everything out before I started buying more. Everything went smoothly. I have made several larger purchases with this vendor and see no need to change vendors. She doesn’t call me dear anymore, I take that as a good thing.
