Vendor Rant question

Am I allowed to post a rant and name a vendor to give awareness to others or is that against the guidelines. Im asking since im not allowed to post on the Vendor Reviews yet.
You're allowed to post vendor reviews, however when you don't use the review template, they are summarily deleted. Same if they include accusations of fraud/deception/etc. without including any solid evidence to substantiate such claims.

On an average day, about 20 vendor review posts are deleted, and about 5 actually get approved. The vast majority of deleted reviews are because people ignore the template.

Ranting about a vendor is not a review.

EDIT: And after looking at your deleted "review", since it's an in-progress transaction it doesn't meet the criteria for a review anyway.

Doubt thats the issue? most likely shipping or some other nonsense
I mean I ordered from a US warehouse since I needed the material ASAP. 10 days later still no tracking and now they wanna tell me to change my order and they will try to ship it from China. Everyday is a different excuse and when I bring up the word refund they ghost me for a day then back with another excuse the next day.

My vendor does tell me when something is out in the US “warehouse”. But I suspect they sold you something that is out of stock. It would surprise me if you don’t eventually get it. There have been a lot of similar stories. Ideally you have a queue in the freezer to work from next time. But I get it sucks.

Yeah im finding out too that they are doing the same to a few more people. Telling them they have something in stock and after the payment they are saying try to order something else instead. Its the classic bait and switch to get rid of inventory.

My point stands! Nonsense

If the only problem with your review is that the transaction is still in progress, maybe you can still post your review if/when you receive your package? If a vendor lies about or is frequently unable to keep track of their US inventory, that is definitely very valuable information to know for anybody considering using that vendor in the future.

I agree, when the whole point of ordering from a US warehouse is fast shipping, having slow/no shipping and probably being sold products that are out of stock is grounds for a poor review.

It’s happened to me, and I’d rather take much lower prices and a risk of customs seizure now. But I am in the situation where I don’t need anything quickly, so my needs are now very different.

If the OP receives the package, what exactly is the review going to read like? I got my product, but it was late and I am mad? This is the gray market, not Walmart where you can, "complain to the manager!"...Put on your big boy/girl pants and work through your deal...If you don't get your product, then post...

Yeah, it would read more like "Vendor promised fast US shipping but it took 3 weeks and came from China." Then readers would know to use a different vendor that doesn't do that kind of thing. That's the purpose of a review.

And regardless of lack of similarities to Walmart, we always have the right to complain to management and always have the right to share our experience with other buyers.

This group is about helping each other navigate peps and the grey market. Even if I receive it late I can still post a review that will warn other members of the possibility they will get the same treatment if they decide to work with that vendor.

I surely would've avoided them if someone wrote that review about them especially since im finding out now that it wasnt just me. They had one wait for 7 weeks after a promise of 2-3 weeks.

That makes zero sense. To you, the only acceptable reason to post a negative review is if you don't receive your product at all?

Nobody is saying vendors have to give you a 90 day return policy and a 24/7 help line. But not lying about your inventory is a pretty low bar that many other vendors meet. If the package was confiscated or lost in shipping that is one thing. But if they are lying or just unreliable then other customers deserve to know. Or else why even have a vendor review section at all? I don't understand why you insist on holding vendors to the lowest possible standard when there's zero need to do that.

I’m not quite sure why the community is so apologetic to these vendors…. Why shouldn’t we want it to be like Walmart? Should we not want and expect better service?

Like, sure, it’s obviously never going to get to this level at these prices, but it seems many complaints about service and shipping just get hand waved away with the catch all, “You are buying from China! What, did you expect them to tell you the truth, respond after you send them money, or honor their promises?”

I made an order on Saturday in Whatsapp, by being told on monday that the H24 was out of stock, they offered me to send what they had in stock first, and then later send a new package when they have that item back in stock.

I went to their telegram group and asked do you have H24 in stock they all said yes, but later when they realized it was me , the seller told me they already sent me message in my WhatsApp which I know already, but apparently they only had H24 in stock in the wearhouse used for crypto, the wearhouse used for alibaba payment was out of stock, I don't buy that one lol.

Yesterday I got shipping number for the package with reta, tirz, and bac water, and hopefully very soon they will send me my H24, they promised me express delivery etc and apologized.

Why take order for something you don't have in stock? Maybe it's true one wearhouse only for crypto payment, have you ever heard about that before?

Because some have been around in these circles for 30 years. It’s never been this easy, cheap, or convenient. These people don’t have SAP inventory systems. The “warehouse”, I imagine, is half the time some Chinese lady’s apartments. I’m just saying when you put it all in context, trust me, it’s pretty good now. That’s not to say you find your vendors that you like and stick with them. Anyway, imagine going to the grocery store, sending western union cash to some place like Poland off a moderator tip, and hoping shit comes 3-4 weeks. That was early days.

A lot of righteous indignation going here...lol, my only response is:

I mean, I get it, but why shouldn’t we try and encourage them to improve their processes?

I just think it’s unreasonable to say people shouldn’t complain because they should just expect poor service.

Obviously I am newer here, but this mindset confuses me.

Exactly my thoughts. A lot of old timers here thats been scammed, got delayed orders, got product with QA issues etc so to them its basically the thought process is if we went through it then its ok if you guys go through it. I was in the military and every old timer was pretty much the same lol.

The point on giving reviews, so the people can see what vendor to avoid, which will affect vendor if they have to much complaint.

My last order I received they forgot to send me my package, but I followed up and then they realized that, they hurry to get it here.

You can't just order and then think everything will be fine, always follow up on the vendor, if not it's going to take forever.

Thats super common. You are trying to rush the process buying your gray market medication, if you needed something in a hurry its best not to rely on Chinese drug dealers.

Common if I ordered from a CN warehouse. The whole point of having localized warehouses and their increased prices is that they offer faster shipping. Heck even CN warehouses provide tracking within a few days.
