The following rules apply to all vendors:
1. Vendors are limited to ONE MAIN THREAD for all routine discussion and to share product information, price lists, ordering info, test results, etc. This has proven to be the best way to consolidate and simplify member access to information for each vendor rather than having several threads. (Premier Vendors are not subject to this provision in their dedicated sections.)
2. For special promotions, vendors may post a maximum of ONE NEW THREAD for each promotion/sale and may do so no more than once every 7 days. At some point after the promotion/sale has concluded these threads will be moved into a special archive sub-section so that anyone who purchased as part of that promotion can still view them to verify products/prices/terms/etc. but they will otherwise be closed for further discussion.
3. DIRECT MESSAGES: Due to abuse involving unsolicited messages, vendors are no longer permitted to send direct messages to members, however, replying to messages from members is still enabled and permitted.
4. While this has already been the rule since the forum was launched, we want to remind vendors that there is a 4-hour time limit to edit threads and posts to prevent unscrupulous or dishonest vendors from changing the terms of an offer after-the-fact. If a vendor has a very specific and valid reason for needing to edit a post/thread after that time has expired they may contact me with an edit request, but the best way to handle most corrections/modifications is to simply post a reply indicating any corrections/clarifications to a previous post.
5. Discussion and/or sale of AAS, SARMS, PED and similar products is prohibited. Vendors may include such products on .pdf or similar attached price lists if they wish, but again such products may not be openly advertised or discussed here.
6. Never post or comment in threads posted by or discussing other vendors. This is not a forum for inter-vendor conflicts.
7. Fraudulent, altered, or redacted test reports will result in banning. There is zero tolerance for this kind of behavior.
8. Violations of member trust including but not limited to revealing private customer information (doxxing) are unacceptable and will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
9. Posting photos/screen shots of communications with customers (even if the customer's information is redacted) is prohibited. Posting such photos does not help earn a sale and in fact usually make vendors appear less trustworthy.
10. Vendors who fail to honor guarantees or basic good business practices such as product quantity & purity, reship or refunds for lost or seized shipments, etc. are subject to limitations and restrictions, up to and including banning.
Finally, perhaps the most important rule to be a successful vendor here: MAKE GOOD ON ANY MISTAKES! Sometimes mistakes happen, but what is most important is how vendors respond to and resolve any mistakes.
