Vendors price list

Yes. I meant my explanation for @TopLad who asked what a GB is, and for any others reading this thread who might be confused by vendors' use of the term.
I find the “group buy” interesting. In the black market AAS world, most vials are made here in US. So that manufacturer or whatever, sends to labs like Jano the raw for testing. Customer send in the vials for testing. Historically, get a credit for sending vial in and posting. Really good system. With peptides, seems like a different supply chain, where vials are not made here. So I feel whether a “group buy” or not, the systems will get better on peptides, which commercially is a relatively new comer.

I think they meant what you are calling a "real GB". Would love to know their reasons.

FYI, what most people consider GBs (usually on TG, hosted by one or a few admins, include testing, product discounts) he does not consider true GBs, which one of his requirements is complete price transparency, eg the organizer is not taking a cut, or (I assume) is at least telling folks what that cut is, what all $ goes toward, etc.

Edit: although I’ve bought from a lot of GBs, it’s all been recent so I have yet to receive product and therefore can’t really weigh in with any authority…except to say it’s a little addictive. I love a deal (the testing inclusion is where the real deal’s at IMO)…let’s see if I’m a fool! Check back in 2 months with me 🤣

What has been bad about dealing with GBs? Just the time it takes, or are there other reasons?

I guess, I am trying to learn what the "bad" aspects of GBs are.

I am a convenience and speed kind of person, and I don’t like dealing with too many people being involved in my decisions.

The one GB I finally gave into still wasn’t shipped 2 months later and the group chose to go in a different route. I asked for a refund.

In a best case scenario, they still typically take 3 months from start to finish.

I won’t even order from China. I purchase from US warehouses and send to test myself. I can have a fully tested product in under 2 weeks start to finish.

But that’s just me..

Respectfully, how can you say you love and are addicted to something, when you haven’t even received the product yet?

There's a LOT of dopamine to be had just being over in that space; there's a bunch of shiny threads, cool forms, people talking, discussions of upcoming buys, and sometimes giveaways. I get it. I joined three just to see what all the fuss was, and now I'm like, too entrenched in three AND have orders out in two of them (and have done orders in the third before).

That said, this thread had some good discussion of gb concerns.

(Please do not DM me for gb links, I don't know off the top of my head how to pull them, and I usually save "on request" labor for employment situations.)

I’m addicted (colloquially, not pathologically) to the shopping and the thrill of getting a deal, even before results of said deal arrive. The little rush of putting something in your cart and the getting the “order placed” message and knowing you have a self-gift on the way. It’s like late night Amazon-ing when you order weird stuff that you want but don’t need…which I also do! Luckily my love of shopping hasn’t caused any financial trouble since I’m somewhat sensible about it 😊
