I started my tirz journey around 3 weeks ago. I've lost 15 pounds but have another 25 to go which I'm hoping can be done without too much muscle loss. I lift weights 9-10 hours a week but the lethargy + difficulty eating enough protein definitely makes it difficult. I'm hoping it's possible to get to 160 but I'd take 165 instead gladly if it means not too much muscle loss. I have enough stockpiled for a year at current dose (with another 2 years otw) but I expect to titrate as I go (although 3 weeks in, 2.5mg still completely kills my appetite and I struggle to eat 1500 calories)

Hopefully things go well. Thinking of stacking tesa as I mostly have visceral fat

I'd be a bit surprised if you have "mostly" visceral fat. At 5'8 and SW of 270, near 50% BF, I "only" had 10lb of visceral fat per my DEXA scan. Remember, not all abdominal fat is visceral.

I'm about to start tesa because my visceral fat isn't going down as quickly as the rest of my fat, and it's some of the most unhealthy to have, but I would temper your expectations on how much impact it's going to have in totality.

Okay, good to note. Yeah I would probably agree it's moreso abdominal than visceral fat so I'll keep my expectations low. Although another big reason I'm interested in Tesa is to prevent loss of muscle mass while losing weight and hopefully prevent lethargy since my workouts have gone down to 1-1.5 hours from 2-2.5 because of extreme tiredness midway through
