Someone claiming to be from SSA (Tansy) sent me their price list this morning and some COAs from July.

Very scammy username.

No activity by SSA at their TG group. And I had contacted the real Tansy in September on Discord, not TG.

Common scam.

No legit vendor messages you first. You'll often get a ton of scammers messaging you the second you join a vendor server. They'll try all sorts of tricks like slightly misspelling a username or adding a period to the end.

Somone claiming to be from GYC is the worst. They don't give up unless you block them.

Just block anyone that contacts you first don't even respond. The End.

eta: This goes for anyone, door knockers, phonecallers, any form of electronic communication. The only thing you can trust is that everyone that contacts you is a scammer/thief.

Yes, exactly. Hopefully that does the trick. Kept getting friend requests from different usernames posing to be the same GYC lady.

One more very important thing to remember is that the scammers post in the groups and answer questions to get people to click their profiles to place orders.

ONLY pm a representative or copy an email from the profile that has posted in a locked channel. By that I mean only click on the profile or email or link in the locked channel post itself.

I joined GYC's cord and was looking through Lisas price list and 'Lisa' DMd me and started pitching me her reta, and then quoted me over the price list price LOL.

gotta try harder than that!
