Hi EVERYONE!
I am trying to remember everything I read in the announcements while writing this introduction. I found this forum mentioned on reddit. Trying to find an understanding community that's about safety, harm reduction and that's nice, and doesn't make someone feel dumb for not knowing an answer or asking a question. All my life I have tried every diet, pill, colon flushes you name it, but the weight always comes back. I became separated last year lost weight through pain, but once I somewhat healed the scale went up again. I have lost over 50 lbs on Tirz but weight has been stagnant for months. Insecurities with loose skin, lines etc. probably even a little body dysmorphia. I am just trying to help my body and mind be the best it can with confidence. If that makes sense. I haven't been the gym type because I don't know how to work alot of the machines, weights etc. but since weight loss I'm going to start. I need to build up my stamina and I get short winded very quickly. I have more weight to get off, and I want to become active. I live in very hot Florida. I am not sure what else to write at this moment.
