WBS experience?

WBS has a lot of announcements, and US warehouse stock they say. Some COAs they are sharing if you ask. Anyone have experience good or bad ordering from them?

How new are they?

I’m thinking of giving them a try, tell me if you see any read flags that it’s a foolish move. Anyone else want to go in on any 3P testing?

A few months back I joined their TG. Things were going well until their rep went on maternity leave. Chaos ensued for a few weeks until the rep returned. Anyhow, I was kicked from their platform for recommending that a buyer perform individual testing. If anything, the last few weeks have proven that vendor provided COAs should be scrutinized.

I’m in their TG also. I can’t tell if they’re careless about identity and security to push sales or because it’s not their problem and there’s always more newbies.
Definitely cannot trust vendor COAs.
Were there real peoope who got real products do you think?

Early on, yes. Our group received product quickly that tested well but then things went off the rails. Can't speak to what may be going on now.

Communication plus shipping delays (not vendors fault) caused a lot of problems. You said you're in the TG, scroll back a few months, it's all there.

She clearly communicated she was going on maternity leave — because she literally had a baby.....
And now:

• She’s been back for months
• Orders are shipping reasonably
• Communication is solid
• Things are running smoothly

It’s okay to have expectations, but it’s also important to remember that there are real people behind these businesses, and life events like maternity leave don’t equal poor service.

I'm in their WhatsApp group.... From what I’ve seen, things are running smoothly and lots of happy customers.

It might be worth your while to find a testing group and see what kits from what vendor is being tested and join in if there's something that matches your needs.
Even if the cost of the kit is a bit more from that particular vendor , you could end up saving on the test and come out ahead.
And then... if you get more of the same batch from said vendor, you can trust that it's already been 3P tested. 🙂

Jinger was the original rep and she was solo when WBS started here. She now has some assistants.... I'm not sure if there are other reps.
I don't regularly buy from them, but as mentioned, I'm on their WhatsApp group and it's an overall positive place with satisfied customers.
