Started at 1mg...for first week....felt nada.

Went to 2mg second week. Still nothing side effect wise or anything else (no appetite suppression, etc)

3rd week....this week...3mg. yeah.... apparently I'm just going to be slightly nauseous this week. Not how I wanted appetite suppressed....

Will dial back to 2mg Sunday. But oof. Haven't been able to work out this week and eating a bit of a chore...not lots of fun.

Ref....50 M. 242 at 6'1. Goal is 210. Always worked out and bigger frame...so carry a decent amount of weight. 210 will be fairly thin for me.

Lesson learned.
 
It’s definitely prudent to look up the half life of any peptide you’re going to use and, for those with longer half lives like reta, use a GLP1 plotter to understand how the concentration in your system builds beyond what your actual dose is. It takes 4 weeks to see what the steady-state effect of that dose is, so you should ideally wait 5 weeks or longer between steps. You actually had around 4.09 mg in your system after injecting that 3 mg dose. Search this forum for GLP plotter and you’ll get a link to an excellent tracker. There are some apps that will do this also (but some have some privacy policies that I didn’t like).

I made the same mistake. Happy about the fact that I broke the plateau I hit on Tirzepatide, but the sluggishness and allodynia hit hard and fast. I worked out consistently for a year, then dropped off almost completely for lack of energy/motivation. Going back down to 3mg for a while, even if it means a little weight gain, if only to regain my bearings.

I remember doing this on Tirz back in May. I went up a bit too much and my body said "NOPE".
Not a fun week. But I gained some healthy respect for the need of self control. And knowing the possibility of bad outcomes has kept me from repeating that event. Stay hydrated and avoid risky food choices is my advise for the week. Sorry you're unwell. Just know that you'll feel better soon🙂
