I use a Google calendar. It doesn't tell me how much of what is in my blood, but then again, I don't care.

Thanks thats actually very smart, ill try to replicate itYou already have the best tracking app available. Your phones /computers calendar.
Open your favorite AI assistant.
Type in your protocol. Include titrations if needed.
Tell it to generate an ics file.
Open your calendar app (google/apple) and import the ics file.
Your calendar will have all the correct times and alerts and notes all available with you all the time.
Thank me later.
Here is what it looks like on my calendar l.

I got excited when I saw quill. I am an old skool calligrapher.Phone Calender Reminder
Old school planner, written with Quill..
I kid, just a regular pen.
Would you mind sending me what you use? It must be edited because the mods are control freaks 🫠prohibited-data-mining-site is by far my favorite, it has all the features for free, that some apps like Shotsy charge for. I especially like that it tracks my progress and can show me a graph that compares me to other users, based on anonymous data collected from others of similar start weights.
I have too much in my head already and I forget. I have recurring appointments on my calendar that identify what, vial mass, dosage, pin volume and recon date.I had no idea so many people use apps or spreadsheets to track this. I just keep it all in my head. Some injections are daily, others are twice a week on set days. I never realized how complicated it could get or why people feel the need to document everything.
Seems unnecessary. I like 0.3ml per injection. I take 3 peps currently and TRT and no problem remembering.I have too much in my head already and I forget. I have recurring appointments on my calendar that identify what, vial mass, dosage, pin volume and recon date.

Same. But I only do 2 peps anyway. The only thing I track is my weight every Monday in Google calendar.I just keep it all in my head.
Unnecessary for you. Wonderful you don't need anything to support your keeping it all straight. I'm glad you have something that works for you.Seems unnecessary. I like 0.3ml per injection. I take 3 peps currently and TRT and no problem remembering.

I use Shotsy - free versionHey there, I'm still pretty new to the scene but have been diving head first into all things regarding peptides. In particular, Retarutide has been of interest.
I'm curious if anyone here uses a phone application to keep track of their pin dates and dosage etc. I looked around and saw some people recommending 'Shotsy'. However, that particular app has some of the better features behind a paywall. I'd really like somthing that can measure the accumulation of the GLP in your system relative to the dosage amount week by week.
Either way, what apps do you guys tend to use within this space?
notes on my phoneI am old school I guess, pen and paper
what is the real name?If you are just looking to track Reta (or other GLPs) I like prohibited-data-mining-site a lot.
I'm super old school. A planner and a binder with sheets for each product.Hey there, I'm still pretty new to the scene but have been diving head first into all things regarding peptides. In particular, Retarutide has been of interest.
