What are you guys typical weekly dose?

I've been using Tirz for a few months now. I'm currently on 7.5mg a week, it's been doing well helping with the hunger noise and in total I've lost approx 13 - 15 lbs.
I started tirz in May. 2.5mg for 5 months then climbed up to 7.5 after 5 was blah. I added tiny dose sema weekly.

I started 12/27/23, a year ago tomorrow. I just went up to 15mg this week. I split my tirz dose q 3.5 days. I also added in cagri 0.3mg weekly first week of Nov, in-between the split tirz doses. I did give myself a long time at the 10mg and 12.5mg doses before moving up.

I've lost 80 lbs. Slow and steady for me. I'm also had RNY gastric bypass in May 2000. Been gaining and losing weight since I was 8 years old. I am so incredibly thankful for these peptides and my ability to obtain them. Here's to never gaining it back again.

I've been doing 6mg of Tirz every 3 days for about 2 months and think I've probably plateaued. I've dropped about 30lbs since August. I've made 0 effort on the diet/exercise side of things though. I think I'm going to put a little effort into at least counting calories before i jump doses. I wanted to see how far Tirz would get me on its own. Been nursing a calf injury for a few weeks too so not being able to run hasn't helped anything.

Hi !
I started in Feb with Zep and then moved to compound due to shortage. I stalled after losing my first 20. It was frustrating but worth it. Just stay the course. My body was just getting used to the new metabolism. I used the TDEE calculator to adjust my caloric deficit and the my fitness pal app to track macros -- to be sure I was getting my protein. I took pictures every week and I noticed even though I didn't lose any wt during my 6 week stall, my body looked better. My skin snatched in, I looked leaner and no I wasn't at the gym. Lol
To get the wt loss going again I increased my mg by 1mg a week until wt loss started again and I only wanted to lose .5 to a lb a week.
My dose went from 8 to 11mg. I lost the remaining wt at 11 to 12.5 and hit my bmi goal of 22 in October. Stalls are normal albeit frustrating at the time. Track your measurements. Get a dexa scan. Highly recommend! No scale movement doesn't mean you aren't making progress 😉
I am in maintenance now and simply increased my daily caloric intake as my option. I'm decreasing dose very slowly, but have no plans on going off as the anti-inflammatory affects are huge for me.

Oh I'm not worried about it at all. I went into this GLP1 thing with the mindset of just taking the drug, and letting the chips fall where they may, and then when that ran its course, just start the calorie counting. I've lost/regained weight several times over the years, and the slog of counting calories and worrying about food constantly gets a little harder each time on its own. Not having constant food related thoughts is a major QOL improvement. It's been absolutely wonderful! I knew it would only get me so far by itself though, but I also could tell early on that once I did get back to counting calories, the Tirz would just make it effortless.

Honestly, I think the only reason I'm even beginning to plateau is from not being able to run for the last few weeks due to injury. I still have the option of boosting the dose a little higher too, but that feels like it should be last resort for some reason (I don't know that there's any legitimate reason to feel that way though)

I started mid-July. Did 2.5mg for a couple of months, then hung at 5mg until this week when I bumped up to 6mg. Food noise is gone and appetite suppression is good. I tried stacking Reta one week last month and I tried stacking Cagri one week this month, mostly out of curiosity. I’m down 48lbs so far.
