What are you using to track your macros?

I'm using LoseIt to track both macros and calories. I've used it for past attempts so I had some familiarity with it. I even purchased a membership to get some of the features. I've never used anything else so not sure if I'm missing out but I like it and it gives me accountability.

Macros is short for macronutrients. From what I've heard from TONS of people trying to lose weight or recomp their body with or without peptides... is that tracking food intake beyond just simple calories is essential. Lowering your caloric intake below your output is a great start. Google TDEE and begin research from there. I don't know the scientific words but for people who are using peptides tracking macros it's very important. Why? Because when you force the body into rapid weight loss there are two main sources of fuel, fat or muscle. To keep muscle you must exercise and consume protein. The guideline I've heard most used is to consume 1g of protein per kg of bodyweight.

Edit: Wait a freakin' minute. I just realized who posted this. You son of a.... You got my tism to show dang you!!
I personally don't track calories, or anything but weight, shots and my inventory.

My personal trainer has his own app and its pretty easy to use. You can add your own food. Myfitnesspal is alright.

MacroFractor app but I need to look for other options cuz you cant track exercise with it....so I kinda dont recommend if you want that like you likely will

I use myfitnesspal. i had a subscription and the barcode scanning is really handy, but i'd rather save the $ and just type my food. I meal prep a lot vs eating scannable foods, so i spend a little bit of time to input my recipes.

Ahh, so you watch Nippard too huh? 🙂

I used to track macros on myfitnesspal years ago, but now? I guesstimate. Years of experience, I'm pretty good at tracking in my head.....

Tracking deez...........
Jeff Nippard is the GOAT, I'm doing his essentials workout program right now

I used Carb Manager back when I was tracking my macros.
Same. I still use it. Non-pay version has been working decent. I do like that i can scan a barcode on my protein shake or yogurt and it'll automatically add the food, then next day if i eat the same item, i can just plug it in from the history.

Fat Secret now I used My Net diary but it became too expensive. I must admit though my net diary was way better when it came to its database of foods and barcodes.
