I feel like I'm dialed in perfectly right now and am tempted to preach to everyone to do the same as me. We're all different though .. so what are you getting right? What would you do if you were starting out fresh knowing what you know now?

I started on May 4th with sema and followed the schedule to 1mg. Then added 2.5mg of KLOW daily for 5 days a weeks. I finally added 1mg of reta with a 3 day offset to the sema. (sema on Sunday and reta on Wednesday)

I am overjoyed with my progress and its just the beginning. 30 pounds in 3 months is incredible to me after decades of failure. Getting weight loss surgery wasn't even this effective.
