What is the final verdict GHK-CU or GLOW

I'm a bit confused reading about the pain due to Glow injections. Do not find it uncomfortable at all. Just a common prick while putting needle into my skin....

It stings and leaves bruises, welts, and redness for many including myself. My abdomen looks like a war zone. I tried it in the butt for the past two days and it still stings and is sore but so far no brusing, welts, or redness.

Taking it in the butt seems to be a pretty unanimous consensus 🤣🤣🤣

It's been just about 4 weeks for me using it daily and aside from some clearer skin (not as many breakouts on the face) I can't really say I've noticed any visible or noticeable benefits. I ordered another kit (50mg) but I'm hoping I eventually see some improvements for my efforts.
Anything that improves skin or hair usually takes 6 months or more to start noticing any changes. Each skin cycle is 4-6 weeks, and there are only subtle improvements with each cycle, so it takes several months to actually be noticeable.

I could be wrong. Researcher maybe? Idk, there was something that made me think she knows what she's talking about.
She is a very reputable researcher (of peptides since 2001), and also a student of Dr. William A Seeds MD, who wrote the book "Peptide Protocols".

She's not a doctor. She has been doing the peptide stuff in a private setting for a long time. So her anecdotal experience is quite extensive compared to most. How good is her "research" and "data". Not anything that what would stand up to actual scholastic rigor.

I wouldn't even call her a student. She has showed a picture where they were at a conference in Hawaii but she was just attending. She disagrees with him on a quite a lot things (by her admission).

This is all just from her posts on Reddit. Like her TBI and unfortunate recent issues with her dog. Could all be internet fantasy tho. Considering even her often shared GHK-Cu skin serum states incorrect concentration math.

I read some where she is a former medical journalist and student of his but you're right - who knows!

And you don't get nay negatives when you pin? Like ISR or the spicy bites most people seem to get? I'm finally going to try the blue juice this week, and plan to dilute as much as possible, but am so anxious about the sides from pinning.
I've been pinning KLOW for two months and I diluted three ml into KLOW80 and have not had any stinging, pain or swelling. I have noticed an improvement in my skin, and some chronic shoulder and knee pain is 85% resolved.
