What is the strongest concentration that is ok for a vial of Tirzepatide?

My first six months I was in the compounded world - they only sent 10 mg/ml tirz, I just had to keep increasing volume, topping out at 150 units for the max recommended 15 mg. Talk about a bump!

Since going grey, I recon 60 mg vials with 2 ml BAC and dose 50 units every 5-6 days. Simple math. (I don’t adjust for overfill any more unless testing shows more than 10% overage.)

Find me a vendor that has exactly 60.00mg in the vial every time and I'll buy from them every day of the week. But until then, you need to deal with overfill and it won't just be "17 units".
If you need precision like that then you should probably get out of the grey market. The variance between two vials in the same batch could easily add or subtract an extra mg here and there too. Its all guesstimate work. Like, if I bought a batch of 60mg tirz and it tested at an average of 65 .. I still can't be sure that MY vials are at that level? I could end up with a rogue vial that has 70mg in it.

I had wondered about that too! Or a rougue vial with 50 in it!

My point is to dose based on the average that was tested. But whatever, you do you, I don't really care.

Yes. I CLEARLY stated that in my previous comment, but you continued to talk about it as if I didn't address it at all. As if it was CRITICAL to be EXACTLY correct. You aren't going to get that type of precision here.

You both are a huge help! Reconstituting a 60mg of Tirz, splitting into 2 30mg doses, and then 10mg of Reta. Making use of all the stupid questions that I asked that everyone here has so graciously helped me along with. Just doing this for fun and helping others in my life, I still have a bunch of Prorx, BPI and Southend to go through. Though for my next split dose going to go ahead and use the gray instead to try it out.
