What to do? 7mg split dose trz and then 7 reta every 3.5 days

Thank you very much.. yea its the chips and candy bars and trail mix. We have a giant bingo cabinet stocked by independent residents and it is PACKED with yummy stuff like fig newton's, Costco chip assortment, mini candy bar and chocolates, circus animal.cookies, vanilla wafers. You name it, its bad for you and delicious its in there. And my desk is about ten feet away its criminal 😭.

For so many months I was able to ignore it but like a hot and crazy ex gf it keeps itself in my peripheral vision these days.

And yes, im extremely lucky to get the exercise i get, and not only that but choose what exercise we do and how many reps. Oh and 15 to 30 minutes pf stretches each day too. And paid a decent wage for it. Could have my assistants lead the classes, i used to, but took ALL the different exercise classes over except dance 🕺 😅😂🤣

God damn that is all processed garbage and sugar. Replace it with bananas, oranges, and apples.
 
Here we go: I been an adult for over 50 fucking years. There's some hard entrenced habits built up. I'm sitting here with a gut ache from eating too much. All while I'm dreaming of biscuits & gravy. And cinnamon rolls. I've recently posted it elsewhere: I'm fucking thick headed. Gotta let this juice train us. I've spent the last couple months unnecessarily nauseated. I'm so thick headed, I don't hardly fucking care. Guess what happens when I leave food on the plate? I feel better and I lost two pounds! WTF!?! Don't mean to preach, just sharing brother!

I had to switch my mindset, if I 1. stop eating and throw it out or 2. finish it because it's on my plate and I don't like waste, that either way the food is "wasted" because I don't need it. 1 is the better option.
 
Feel like id bump reta but what do I know. With your opposite issues maybe slower digesting fiber sources.
In my exp. Every time i stall out i have a really good high protein day. Like korean barbeque for example. Really try to crush some bigger calories. And maintain my cardio every day. And whatever my current tdee says im about 500 to 750 lower than what they advise for 2 pounds loss a week with my current activity levels. Dont forget your water intake. And if you arent pooping do a few days of miralax to keep stuff rolling in my case. The stall broke. Lifes good.

Been on triz for 11months. Been perfect suppression.

Added reta stack, to help with last 20lbs. Now always hungry. Wtf going on
