I placed one order 1 month ago today. on june 1st on 17track it says delivery completed, but I haven't received anything, my adress Is correct, I triple checked before placing the order, I contacted the seller, but I still get the same answer "please wait I'll check" then quiet. Have you had this experience before?

I also placed another order may 21st I think and that I received already 2 days ago but that was with another seller, that order I could watch every step, and I got new tracking number when it was cleared from custom.

Can you contact the delivery service? Maybe they accidentally marked it as delivered or something and it's sitting at their facility.

I reached out to the seller and asked them if they could check what carrier here that took the delivery after custom clearance, but I get the same answer " please wait a moment" and then they're quiet. I tried to use the same tracking number for the the local carrier here, but don't get any information, with my other package that I received already I got a new tracking number after custom clearance.

USPS, UPS or who was supposed to have delivered it?
They use jiuyou logistic for deliver my package from China, the strange thing is it went through several neighboring countries before arriving at destination country, that was not the case with my second order that went straight from China to here and I could follow the process entire delivery process on 17track, I know sometimes there might be delays In the system, but I think 1 month from China to here is a very long time, I'm just 1 country away. I ordered some stickers from Alibaba they were sent with UPS and I received them in 4 days, super fast 😅

Looks like it was glyexpress shipping, did you reach out to them?

I've messaged the seller several times about this, they told me they will contact jiuyou logistic, and told me to wait, but I have been waiting for a couple of days already,so probably have to wait more.

Contact the delivery service not the seller, its their problem, if its market completed then its their fault and their responsibility to argue that "completion".

My first order, the vendor forgot to put my contact info and I wasn't home so the delivery guy hid it away next to my door on some gas pipes and marked it as complete because for them its a headache to make a uncompleted delivery and its a process and their lazy, so I had to call the local delivery service which delivered it and make a complaint and the driver called me and told me where it was and I found it right there untouched.

Also for your delivery service that got to your door:

If it says on 17track its gly that first took the package, its likely NOT gly the one that delivered it to your door from my PERSONAL experience, 17track and tracking sites for some reason do not show the actual local delivery service that carried it to your door, mine was also gly express and thats what it said on 17track however gly only delivered it to my country or to a point after which its taken by a romanian delivery service, and it was a headache trying to find out which.

So on 17track it only shows gly as courier and last mile courier, on gly's tracking website there is no extra info, but on parcelsapp it said gly AND yun, I was confused so I clicked on yun, and on their tracking site I found in a "more info" section that the actual true last mile courier was sameday(irrelevant for you but that was the local service for me) so I had to contact sameday and only then I solved the lost package problem

I had one marked delivered from GOFO but it wasn't, it showed up a few days later.
GOFO is 💩. I had packages (not peps) delivered to the wrong address before. I contacted them and got no response. I ended up driving to the address that had the same unit number with a different street name and knocked on their door asking if they had received it, and sure enough it was there. DoorDash drivers also delivered our food to that address a few times. At least DoorDash refunded. It happens!

Looks like it has been delivered to a wrong adress and I don't think your supplier will reship. Because it has been delivered according to the tracking. Recently I had the same issue. My door number is 44/1 and the package was delivered to number 1 on the same street. Luckily my phone number was also printed on the label and the person who has received it, was a honest person. Called me and told that my package was delivered to his adress.

I am a subcontractor of UPS and deliver UPS containers to local distribution centers or collect containers from industrials clients. Best advice I can give you is visiting a distribution center of the delivery service and tell the situation. Scanners they use save the gps location of each delivery. If they really want, they can find the adress which it has been delivered from gps tracking logs of the scanner. Logs are being daily uploaded to their servers and it can be found just by giving the tracking number. But only staff with access to that information can do that. You must ask it kindly, be determined and patient. Disscussing or shouting at them won't solve the problem.

Big problem with small deliveries is the number of packeges each van has to deliver per day. Each van gets roughly 150 adresses to visit daily and subcontractors are being paid per delivered package. They are racing against time and frequently have new employees. An unexperienced staff makes too many faults because of extra pressure. Most of our purchases are free delivery and everbody likes it. Your supplier asks may be $30~50 per delivery. But it doesn't mean that they pay it completely to the delivery service. They should be insured if it was so. Success!

I see, the picture on the left is the one I'm waiting for, that's my first order, it's was sent with jiuyou, as you can see, after custom clearance it was out for delivery, and then few days later it says delivery completed, not possible to track after custom clearance.

My second order picture on the right, I could track every movement, that was sent with glyexpress, that order I received already 4 days ago, I click on more info on 17track and I could see the new local delivery carrier tracking number.

My first order with the picture on the left I can't click on more info to see which local carrier took that delivery after custom clearance, I have no idea how to find that out, I've contacted the sender multiple times, still get the same answer everytime " please wait I'll check" and I don't hear from her anymore untill I ask again and get the same answer.

In case of package being lost will they send a new one, of course that probably depends on the seller, some seller will send one new in case custom seize the package, but if lost I don't know, I probably have to continue to figure out which local deliver carrier took the package, I never had this problem before, but shit happens hehe

Demand a reship and keep us posted so we can publicly bust their balls. They can blame the carrier but its ultimately on them. They should reship and take the lost pack up with their carrier. Whos the shithole vendor?
Can I mention it here? If I can I will, and the day I will be allowed to make a review I will.

And they put the correct phone number on the package, so if it was sent to the wrong adress they will most likely call me. here the local carrier will always call before deliver to confirm that the address is correct, and make sure that you are home, I order quite often and never had any issues.

Being such positieve is really nice. Almost every vendor will reship it, as long it is not delivered. Your tracking ends with delivery notification. If your vendor believes you, there is a chance of reshipping. Otherwise not and noone can blame the vendor for not reshipping a delivered package. I order from China from different vendors and give my phone number, e-mail adtess. But never seen them placing detailed information on the label. Normally I can track every package with a tracking number through our system. Because most of the carriers don't have their own tracking sytstems and make use of our global system. One of my vendors sends with DHL. It takes about 3 weeks to receive my package and until the package reaches EU ground, I can't track it. There is only one explanation for that. Package is being send with another carrier to Germany and then DHL takes it over. Another one uses GLY SZ and I can't track it at all until it has been delivered. But they are being delivered in one week at unusual hours like 10:30PM. But after the delivery, it is being notified as delivered at tracking tool.

Number of processed packages at our distribution center is between 300K~350K and maximum capacity is 500K daily. Try to realise how important you can be with an uninsured package for a carrier? Also not everybody who receives a wrong package calls you.

Hopefully I will get a refund, is 32 days to early to ask for a refund?

I asked the seller multiple times to contact the deliver carrier, but they never follow up with me, it's quiet, and I ask again and get the same answer yeah.

I understand packages can get lost because there are so many packages being sent everyday and mistakes happens.

Not this time mate. If I was a vendor, I should reship a returning client once after seeing delivery notification. But not twice and also not every client. Thrust must be build up between the vendor and the client for that. Don't tell me that you should reship every claimed lost package with a correct delivery notification, if you were a vendor. Also don't humiliate anybody so fast. Try to stand in their shoes for a second first! I like your style and jokes. But not this time. It can also be your most favourite vendor. You don't know that and the person also doesn't have the privileges to use the name of a vendor yet.

I am sure they want to help you. But they can't do anything as long as the carrier tells them it was a correct delivery. Carrier will only say that they are working on it to the vendor and they won't. I think you know what that means? Your solution is at the local distribution center. No calls or emails will get attention. Will be forgotten after reading and responding your mail or answering your call. Just visit them, if possible?

Does it also work the same way with us? No! But it has a price. Each package even without insurance has a value of €50 and will be paid if they track it has been delivered wrong or lost at a transit stage or at any facility.

You can already ask for a refund.
