New member here just introducing myself. 33yo male in California. Was told by my PCP I was prediabetic and could drop some pounds. I used Rybelsus and it helped me lose about 45lbs but my PCP refused to give me another prescription for any glp agonist.

Here I am about a year and a half later, back up about 35 lbs looking for an alternative solution. I'm currently on 5mg Tirzepatide through a telehealth provider but that is still quite cost prohibitive.

I'm looking forward to learning and sharing here

I dropped 40# in 6 months on Ozempic, then gained 15# back in 2 months - ins stopped paying.

Back on Sema as of 8 days ago and already dropped 4#.

Hope this next drop on the rollercoaster is a big one!
