What's everyone training today?

Currently running a Mentzer inspired program on Boostcamp. Today was legs.
 
I'm training a colleague to do his own work. Or did you mean something else? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
 
I do 1 hour on a stair master (level 5 for 5 minute warmup, level 6 for 40 minutes, then intervals from level 6 to 7 and back down to 6 every other minute until I reach 1 hour) which works my legs and lower abs, then I do a weight circuit for about 40 minutes working arms/biceps/triceps and chest. I do this 4X a week, and I just completed week 3 of this program.
 
Rest day here for me so no lifting. Instead I walked a round of golf, carrying my bag. Got 18k steps and 2300 calories burned rucking those clubs.
