Hey everyone, new to this forum (few days) & new to the grey market side of peptides.

To cut a long story short, I have ordered some RT10 from one of the vendors here. The plan is to mix 10mg with 1ml of bac water and start with .1ml for the first 4 weeks to gauge response.

Anyway, what's the deal with testing, would most of this community recommend I get my batch tested? I'm in the UK and couldn't see many testing groups but looking for a bit of a steer on how many test and how many of you don't...

thanks in advance for responses 🙂

Was wondering the same thing myself pal. placed my first order and all COAS seem in good order but some from october so presuming there the same batch.

Are you thinking of getting one of yours tested before trialling ?

I was thinking about it, but being new to it all I'm unsure costs, how i would do it in the UK etc etc...

Still waiting for my tracking number from vendor so have a bit of time to sort if i do test it.

you can find some testing groups on telegram. Depending on your batch you may be able to find it already tested by a group that may have released the results

Did the vendor not supply, or have access to COA's?
There are COA’s on the telegram group but I’m lead to believe that these don’t necessarily mean much as can be faked easily…

then when I read about testing most test will test purity rather than any toxins… at least that’s what I think I’m taking away from it.

The vendor was on this forum and 8k members in Group with good reviews everywhere so I’m not too worried about it but was interested in people’s view on testing

I'm in the same boat as you. I went with RT20. I saw a couple of members here talking heavily about a testing group they were a part of. They had just done a lot of testing on one of the vendors. I found their 3rd party testing results on discord and it gave me peace of mind when I saw that my batch number matched one of the ones they tested.

I got a batch of Reta20 a couple of weeks ago. There was evidently labelling mixups at the factory so there is no vendor-supplied COA and lots of people are very curious.

I have been unable to join a testing group to see if this batch was independently tested, so I sent off a vial for testing to Janoshik. ($356) Very expensive as a single person, but since I have kits of the same batch, I wanted to get it tested.

One day I hope to find a testing group to join. Or learn how to setup shared payment for testing specific batches from specific vendors.

Even if you test one of your vials how strongly do you believe it is representative of your entire order?
Well, the additional issue is that the Exact Same Label information was used on vials of a totally different peptide. That is what really led me to test.

Ahh ive seen a few comments about label mix ups. Hopefully my first order arrives with the correct labels - it would be a good start lol.

Did you get good results back when you sent one of your vials away for testing?

I'm not sure testing one vial out of your order tells you anything about the other vials. If it makes you feel better I guess that's worth something.

Testing is always a good idea but please don't go getting your knickers in a twist about labels and batch numbers. This is grey, not pharma and quite frankly a vendor "batch number" isn't worth the sticker its written on - as is confirmed by the current mix ups with Jeep (which I'd guess are the ones being referenced throughout). You can theorise that vials purchased around the same time with the same cap colour "might" be from the same batch but even then it's not possible to be certain. Join a testing group, and keep testing regularly to keep vendors honest is the only way - and even then you can't be certain the product is 100% legit. As I say that's why this is grey and not pharma. You can mitigate risk, but not eliminate it.

I’m in the same boat as you, waiting my first order but unsure how to go down the route on testing etc. think I’ve found a genuine vendor and see good reviews but from my research it looks like generally everyone gets at least one tested.. or am I wrong 🤦🏽‍♀️

I’ve not used this previously but a friend of mine is testing his with a group and they’re all setting up payment etc. through this site. The group voted on what company they’re testing with, who gives up a vial and who pays and when/if they release the results to anyone outside of the paid group following the test.

I've given up on (regular) testing. Purity can literally vary per vial if the production process is dodgy and same goes for sterility and endotoxins.
As @Abrakebabra already said, this is gray market. Don't expect pharmacy grade oversight/quality control. You trade insurance for trust (and lower prices) here. A couple of 'established' vendors out there have proven to be overall trustworthy. That's the best you'll get.

To mitigate the risk a bit: filter your peps and practice good aseptic technique.

Despite the shortcomings and limitations surrounding testing it's a good idea to get as much info as possible on something you'll be injecting into your body.
We've seen label mix ups, double mass, no peptide, the wrong peptide and two peptides in this market not to mention a rising incidence of failed sterility and endotoxins.
Test as much as possible, use Hospira bacteriostatic water and filtering after reconstitution is the harm reduction route.
DM me the vendor and batch info and I'll see if I can find any 3rd party tests for it.

Appreciate it, I’m waiting for it to arrive, got my tracking number today - daft question but how do I send a dm on here? 😂

You should always try to test. There have been mixups with different peps and some have tested with nothing. Recently a vendors product didn't even contain what was in the vial, rhymes with cots. Then one vendor got popped putting red dye in water for some b12, wrong peps and zero peps. It should alarm you as YOU are putting this in your body

Our 3rd party tests should force vendors to monitore their quality they sell! I´m in several test groups and donated vials, but didn´t use any of it now. Waiting a bit in the freezer, if anything unnormal occurs. I do Endotoxin tests privately because I´m taking meds for my rheumatism and want to know what to inject for my immun system.

The first couple of packs of Tirz I got from a US vendor. Price was high, but the COA’s were good on their site ( this was early 2025 )…

I started to get a bad feeling when my emails and texts went unanswered.. so I sent in 3 vials for testing…

2 of the vials tested 99.9% one slightly low and one slightly high mg wise.

The third vial tested as “NO PEPTIDE”

I stopped using ALL of the Tirz from them, and thru them out.

I have had good testing ( and better pricing ) from direct Chinese sources. I test at least one vial of each batch.

I have been lucky, all results have come back at a minimum of 99.7% and most at 99.9%. The mg have been maybe a few % under to 10% over, but that is easy to adjust for in your calculations.

In summary, trust the COAs you get from sending in vials you have received… And I AWAYS wait for the results before any use.

COAs on a website may have no correlation to what you receive.

And as others have said, can be faked.

Stay Safe…

If you are ordering from a vendor that supplies a CoA for the product you want, check the cap color. By scanning the QR code, the Janoshik page will show you the cap color of the vial they tested. Then ask the vendor what is the color of the current batch. Sometimes I ask them to send me a photo of their current batch.

This will help ensure you are receiving the same batch as the CoA. Although this method is not full proof, it is an additional check. If you are worried about endotoxins, thats another story.

I typically buy enough of the same product so that testing makes better financial sense. I’ll then join or recruit for testing group; we compare our results with the vendor’s COA. I’m seeing an uptick in how often endotoxin testing is being added.

Mouse over my avatar and the pop up dialog has a "Send direct message" link at the bottom.

Edit: Now that I think about it you may not have permissions yet to send DM's, I can't remember how that works here. I've sent one to you.
