Whats the highest concentration i can use?

So, when I reconsitute a 3ml vial with 60mg of tirz, is my best bet 3ml of bac water? Giving me a 20mg per ml dose?

Brello does 22mg per ml. So i know i can go at least a little farther, but the new hallandale came out with a high concentration of 15, why so low? How concentrated can it be?
