Reta ands BPC are 🐐. Unfortunately I noticed nothing on mots-c and 5 amino. Even glow and klow didnt give me as much as straight bpc.
Did you start low and titrate up with the 5 amino? Did you have any side effects?Reta, bpc 157, kpv, and although not a peptide, and contrary to popular belief, 5 amino 1 mq.
How i did 5A1MQ was 5mg daily sub q. This gave me noticeable results in my physique. This was done every day after waking up fasted and then would not eat for another 4-5hrs after injection. I only eat during a 6 hrs window and then fast for 18hrs before eating again. Not saying this is for everyone its just what works for me.
I just started blasting 5mg. No negative side effects.Did you start low and titrate up with the 5 amino? Did you have any side effects?
The last thread on peptides that didn't work had some interesting patterns.
I think it would be interesting to hear the opposite:
What peptide actually worked for you?
What did you notice and how long did it take?
For me, I noticed results from reta within the first week and I have been steadily losing weight
How long did you use 5A1MQ for at a time? 7days a week?Reta, bpc 157, kpv, and although not a peptide, and contrary to popular belief, 5 amino 1 mq.

Yep. 7 days. Suggest minimum of 4 weeks to give it a fair shake. Just my opinion. How long did you use 5A1MQ for at a time? 7days a week?
So you use the subcutaneous ghkcu powder to mix in hyaluronic acid lotion? I have used cosmetic ghkcu powder mixed with Hyaluronic lotion and saw good results. But now I can't find any cheap cosmetic grade ghkcu powder anymore. I thought topical use only was with cosmetic grade, not the powders used for constituting injections.Tirz and Reta, obviously. Not much with CJC-1295/Ipamorelin or Wolverine.
GHK-Cu sub made a difference to my scaly white ass legs.
I added GHK-Cu to some amazon Hyaluronic Acid Serum and that had INCREDIBLE results! Get a basic Hyaluronic Acid Serum from amazon. I got Good Molecules. I added the equivalent of 2% GHK-CU (from my subc vial) to the serum and swirled it around and it turned a clear faint blue color. Used twice a day has made a huge difference. I did it for fun and it actually worked.
Once the cycle is done, what is your plan? Repeat the cycle - or rest for a few months? Thank you.I am following this protocol to the dot. So it is NAD+ + SS-31. Yet to start on mots C. So far its been good.
I used pharma grade GHK-Cu. The first time as I had extra. I have since moved to cosmetic grade as it's basically the same but not tested to pharm standards. Probably comes off the same line. 😱So you use the subcutaneous ghkcu powder to mix in hyaluronic acid lotion? I have used cosmetic ghkcu powder mixed with Hyaluronic lotion and saw good results. Don't make it too low of a carbs diet, Reta like a certain amount of carbs to work properly.Reta, started at 2mg, and noticed the first week losing 3lbs one week later. Just finished the 4 week/4mg deal, and still pretty steady at 3lbs a week. Note that I started a low carb diet when I started Reta.
Rest for a bit. I dont want to overload my body. I may do it once a yearOnce the cycle is done, what is your plan? Repeat the cycle - or rest for a few months? Thank you.
SLAP tear? What mg did you take & how often?I had a tear in my rotator cuff proved via ultra sound and did a 20 course of BPC-157 and TB-500. It was about 90% healed after the second ultra sound at day 20.
The doctor and I were laughing at how awesome the wolverine stack was. In hindsight, I should have done 30 days and healed it all up.
Tirz was the same for me. No side effects, my gf however fights nausea every time.Tirz has been amazing for me, no bad side effects whatsoever, just weight loss and inflammation gone. I had a blistered burn on the back of a finger and it healed amazingly fast so I think KLOW is a winner.
I have bilateral labrum tears in my shoulders, from what I’ve read because it’s cartilage the only thing that can be done is surgery.SLAP tear? What mg did you take & how often?
Do you feel a significant difference in pain with how much they've healed? What mg dose & how often do you. Is it once a week, or? In the site area or it doesn't matter where you inject?I have bilateral labrum tears in my shoulders, from what I’ve read because it’s cartilage the only thing that can be done is surgery.
I cant remember the dosage tbh but I was taking BPC once a day and TB-500 every three days.SLAP tear? What mg did you take & how often?
I'm getting carbs, just not from white potatoes and similar. Not eating any frozen or processed foods. Might be few beers stuck in there.Don't make it too low of a carbs diet, Reta like a certain amount of carbs to work properly.
Sounds good, though in the past nutritionists have told me that frozen vegetables are fine for keeping up my vitamins and minerals.I'm getting carbs, just not from white potatoes and similar. Not eating any frozen or processed foods. Might be few beers stuck in there.
Yeah hgh is not a peptide!Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 No DAC: Effective as an HGH lite. Delivers recovery, fat loss, and performance benefits, though in general fairly expensive for what it does compared to more substantial interventions.
Tesmorelin: Very similar to Ipa/CJC in terms of overall benefits, though visceral loss around the midsection is vastly enhanced; still overall fairly weak when compared to stronger peptides.
HGH 191 AA: There can be no question; the most effective peptide I've used is human growth hormone. Delivers unmatched 360-degree benefits across the entire mind, body, psycho, and spiritual complex. No really, it all starts with better sleep recovery, wellness, and well-being... before you know it, you are busting out PRs, your skin is glowing, you are leaning out, looking more 3D muscular, and just improving in every area of life. Cost used to be an issue that could be a detractor here but over the last 5 or so years, high-quality growth has only become more readily accessible.
My only minor gripe regarding HGH revolves around potential issues with insulin resistance, which are fortunately addressed sufficiently by
Retatrutide: After a couple of months, I am absolutely loving this compound. Low and slow steady weightloss, new sense of control and mastery over diet and overall fitness goals. Reta feels amazing and adds incredible synergy to my current stack when paired with HGH.
Having been involved in many decades of performance enhancement, biohacking, athletic development, and nutraceutical supplementation, I am shocked how potent these compounds are compared to the solutions pushed on the open market just a few short years ago.
