Which vendor just had bad t30 test at like 78%

May have been 2 companies. Pretty sure Sigma was one. How long do you think the stuff will be in circulation if there's a handful of vendors the may have low quality tirz but don't test every month?

Only thing I found was Sigma t15 at 82.91% and slight underfill. Thought I seen another bad one out there.
