Who does QSC use for shipping?

For those of you who have ordered from QSC to the EU before, how long was the gap between receiving the tracking code with the "Order data transmitted electronically" message, to it registering any movement in Europe?

My last supplier was about 7 or 8 days before it showed up in Germany before taking a further 6 days to get to my house. QSC has been about 2 weeks for me so far without an update. I have read that it can take a month so I'm not particularly nervous yet, just curious.

To answer my own question, it took 2 weeks and 1 day to show an update that it has appeared in Europe :)
 
Who does QSC use for shipping? I requested a tracking number. Tracy (or more likely a person who works for him) WhatsApp'd me back with a tracking number but didn't mention the shipping company.
My first order is placed with them yesterday ; paid via BTC$ and still awaiting payment confirmation .

They lack in communication for sure :/

You’re not going to get payment confirmation, that isn’t how they operate, so don’t stress yourself about it. Wait a week and then ask for a tracking number.
 
I had read that with QSC, I should wait a week after ordering and then request a tracking number. I kind of followed that advice and WhatsApp'd Tracy 5 days after sending payment confirmation. (I heard that whether you use email or WhatsApp with QSC, stick with whatever communication method you started with for that order.) The day after I requested tracking information, I received the tracking answer. Lethargic customer service seems to be expected from QSC based upon the posts I read here and elsewhere. QSC often has the lowest prices, does always deliver after taking your money, and generally does well in testing. However, you should consider the bad customer service before picking QSC as a vendor.
SO happy to see this, Thanks! I never bothered asking for tracking because I never get communication after I send payment confirmation via WhatsApp. I've made Several orders and never once got tracking. Finally switched to email rather than WhatsApp just for better communication in general. I've received all my domestic orders but None of my international orders. Guess I'll try asking for tracking. Anyone know how long international to US usually takes?
