I've seen that people are using Acetic Acid water over bac water to recon Cagrilintide?

Why is that? I quiet often see it pre-mixed with sema or reta, and reconned using BAC water. Im i missing something?

it has to do with keeping the Ph level low.
Hospira BAC is typically 6 or close to it in terms of Ph value.
I ve seen posts else where they need it to be in 4 ph range and AA when mixed with Bac lowers the Ph level. Compared to Bac, AA consists of only a small fraction for reconstitution.
I am sure more experienced users can chime in and may have the formula for the ratio depending on how much of the bac/AA combined in going to be inserted in the vial.
Ive used AA from Amazon for my AOD vial and it worked well as AOD must have AA to prevent gelling. I used that vial for 4 weeks and no gelling occurred.

For Cagri, I read somewhere that if using Hospira BAC Ph level upto 7 is acceptable. mine was at 6 .Not sure if I should add AA next vial to bring it down.

Per the search results on here:
The recommended pH level for reconstituting Cagrilintide is 4.0 to 4.5. This pH range is crucial for maintaining the peptide's stability and potency during its shelf life. It is important to note that the pH of the reconstitution solution should be within this range to avoid potential degradation or aggregation of the peptide.

If anyone need agreat source for Cagri 10mg shipped under 66USD let me know. It worked for me at .50. .250 had no effect on me.
