Why not use a fake name and/or ship to an office or alternate address for customs reasons?

Also don't get something like that shipped to your office. Now you're risking your job as well.
Putting a fake name on the package voids your reship policy from the vendor as well.

There is no perfect solution for everyone. know the risks and make your choice.

A private Post Office Box wouldn't do the trick here?

to solve which problem? I'm completely speculating here but I imagine a vendor would also use that as a reason to void your reship. I imagine it could increase scrutiny on the package as well.

It's also unlikely they'd come after you but your identity is definitely not safe either.

I've never seen a vendor disclaim PO box deliveries as a reason not to reship if customs seizes. Then again, I don't have a PO box.

I was just thinking that they might not be able to link it to you as easily for some Global Entry exclusion if your address and name don't match their records for you.

I dunno... I'm not travelling abroad enough to care really about Global Entry.

Is there really an anonymous way to get a post office box without giving the hosting company your real name and info in order to pay them? Unless they took cash and didn't ask for ID, just trying to get a PO box with a fake name seems like it could land you on some kind of list.

I wouldn't use a fake name...

It would still be another layer (court order) to turn over the rental information of your PO Box to link you to this heinous crime of ordering overseas peptides....

I think the extra step feds would need to link your identity to that PO box given they only have your name (especially if your name isn't one-of-a-kind) would be protection enough from being banned from the fast pass lane.

(Genuine question)

Since USPS is a government agency, would that extra layer do anything, or would the information be handed over just by asking? A quick Google seems to imply they would need a warrant. So I guess it would depend on how hard they were coming down on it and how hard/ worth it it is to them to obtain one?

Makes sense. Sometimes I forget that common names are common because a lot of people actually have them.

I still think the PO Box would be an effective way to mitigate possible fast pass banning. I ship a lot of things (all above board, legal things) to people who use only initials. Some people are private like that... Although initials to a PO box seems like a flag if anyone is looking at recipient data...
