Why the hype over Hospira water

I just bought Genetek since hospira is hard to find in EU.
I bought GT as well. Half a bill for fifty ampules. Testing grp I joined shows good results. But I am still using some random vendor untested bac water and no filters. My understanding is if there are zero symptoms, then you are fine. It's not a silent killer. It is probably fine and endotoxins are negligible.

I have been using Genetech's bacteriostatic water for six months now and am very satisfied with it. I understand that they are a WHO GMP-certified company. While it is hard to trust the bacteriostatic water sold by random sellers, I don't think Hospira is the only option we should insist on.

Was thinking about buying Genetek too, then went ahead and made my own BAC water.
Its a bit scary because my kitchen ist not really a sterile enviroment but in the end you are just transfering stuff from 1 bottle into 1 vial - like you would when you reconstitute your peptide.
Its much cheaper then every alternative, especially Hospira in Germany. I can make shure the Alcohol concentration is correct and can test PH - if something is off its not much of a financial loss.

Is it the Brand? All it contains is Sterile water and benzyl alcohol. If you buy USP grade water and benzyl alcohol and mix it precisely to the appropriate concentration/ dilution wouldnt you then realistically have "Hospira water"
Hospira bac water is definitely overhyped yes, I've used regular bac water from China, never had a problem in 2 years.

Why not just use your vendors bac water?
Why buy Hospira or search high low for phizer etc... I don't know...

I do the same but after reading this makes me wonder

Does it take water to make peptides from raw materials?

Yes. Absolutely

If you're starting with peptide raw powder, you typically need a solvent to dissolve it before use.
The most common options are:
Bacteriostatic water – sterile water containing a small amount of benzyl alcohol to inhibit bacterial growth. This is the standard choice for most multi-dose peptide vials.
Sterile water for injection – sterile but contains no preservative, so it is generally intended for immediate use or single-use situations.
Some peptides may require a small amount of a special solvent (such as acetic acid solution) to fully dissolve before adding water, but this depends on the specific peptide.
If you're manufacturing or compounding peptides from raw materials, there are also requirements for sterile processing, filtration, testing, and aseptic handling beyond simply adding water.

I dont have hospira in EU, i was using the water from the seller, but then I started seeing some strange things in my vials, particles that I even showed in a thread. I bought some water that's sold on Amazon, "phd products bac water", it seemed okay.

The simple answer to why is because we know it works & we know it's safe.

There's so many other risk factors and moving parts outside of our control, that I think most of us want to take the best option for the parts we can control.

At the end of the day it's only a few extra bucks per vial

Indiamart. Ask around different vendors, haggle and you should get a box of 100x10ml bottles for around 40-50$ with shipping included.
I will check that out. 1 x 10ml bottle would probably last me half a year though

I normally use vendor bac and I have done since I started my grey journey. No ill effects. This time though my vendor says they are out of bac 🤔

When I went to order klow80 with them last month it was out of stock also along with R30. I’ve noticed they are also posting less on the forum. These signs make a gal nervous.

So I was thinking of making the jump over to jeep but then read all about the recent testing issue and endotoxin scandal. Makes me very glad to be a member of this forum!!

P.s I’ve read the threads about sourcing hospira here in the uk from Canada midwifery suppliers. We must have a uk or EU ( preferably German) version we can get a hold of. But what 🤔

I have a load of peptides coming in and need me some bac!
