Wife's global entry revoked

Got an email today saying my wife's global entry has been revoked because a well known vendor on this website had packages seized. So if you are a trusted traveler be very careful. I've posted in the vendor review section because it's been ongoing since April, but it's waiting moderator approval.

Just wanted to get the notice out before hand. We know we took the risk, it was a small order, but still sucks.

So this happening isn’t folklore. That really sucks. This confirms I will not be buying from China.

I'm not willing to buy from a US warehouse, I'm too cheap. Some kits are double the price or at least $100 more on what I want to buy. I have a system in place for customs and hopefully it doesn't fail.

I got T60 for $155 from CN, it's over $300 at US warehouse.
I got R60 for $245 from CN, it's over $400 at US warehouse.
Not gonna do that.
thank you for confirming...I thought I was seeing significantly higher prices on US price sheets as well. I'm going to save that route for things that I just cannot wait on or vendor moving it at a discount

I agree with your DUI analogy. I didn’t know that “not FDA approved” also meant “illegal”. I will continue my research in the gray space and move accordingly.
The issues isn't exactly "not FDA approved"... Peps that ARE FDA approved are on a controlled list. Not to be confused with the heavy stuff, anything prescription, even minor (like antibiotic) is controlled by the US and requried to have either a prescription or whatever paperwork that medical businesses need.

It also applies to bringing in peps/meds with you to or from the US via airplane or driving across the border.
If searched, the customs agent will look at your meds and MAY ask you about a prescription.
Now, they do have the option to ignore the law if everything looks legit and not over 90 day supply because they seem to be afraid to take away people's required medication in front of them, but they can do it because it is a law.

In Austrailia you have to declare if you have medications, if you don't check the box and they search you, they can seize them and fine you no matter Rx or not. I've seen that happen on a customs docu-tv show.

So, you CAN have your GE taken away for something as simple as ordering antibiotics or high mg tylenol from another country, or carrying them across the border without proper paperwork. It mostly depends on if the customs officer feels sorry for you or not.

Most people don't read what we call the fine print, or the laws before they unknowingly commit their crimes, no matter how petty they seem, it's still a law being broken.

Someone once said they ship to their work under a different name and the people that receive the mail know who to give it to. I like that option best, unless they get fired.

This is what I do. I send to my work address, no person's name, just the name of the company. There is one person who receives the mail and she gives it to me. Also only order from US warehouse. All this because I do not want to risk losing GE (and more importantly, having to explain to my wife who does not know that I order from the grey market why I lost it.)

How would you risk losing GE by ordering from a US warehouse anyway? Oh, if they ship direct from China anyway, which does happen sometimes. You may want to look into domestic vendors like Amino Lair or into GBs.

Doesn't that get the owner of the company into trouble if there is a problem? Here it probably would. Business owners are responsible for what happens in their firms.

Yea I'll more than likely be searching for only us warehouses now.
I'm one of those work around guys. If I were in the US, I would have peptides delivered to my grandmother, at my address. As long as the last name is the same, the post office will deliver. Even with a different name they most likely would. Grandma won't care if she loses Global entry, she probably doesn't even have a passport. For that matter, have them delivered to your dog.

Probably overkill but I am doing as much as I can to avoid GE revocation. I have ordered from domestic vendors but cost is much more. Satisfied with what I do now.

She can still apply for TSA precheck by itself and use the CBP MPC app when returning to the US, which usually will get people through customs just as quickly as global entry.

ETA: My husband can't get global entry because of something he did when he was a teenager, but he has TSA PreCheck and uses the MPC app. He usually gets through customs at the same time I do, and once about 5 to 10 minutes quicker than I got through global entry.
Thats what I had to do. I gave up on getting Global Entry after being denied and then in review status for 2 years. Just went ahead and got TSA only. I fly to Mexico quite frequently and on the way back I use CBP MPC app and its always a breeze.

Editing my post to add. That getting her passport revoked is highly unlikely based on personal experience, of course everyone is different. In 2025 my sister was returning from Mexico and was detained for crossing the border (via vehicle) with something that she had previously crossed with many times before, but did not realize was not allowed since it was considered an animal product. They seized it and wrote her an official violation instead of paying for the violation she chose to sign to have a right to a hearing. Fast forward almost a year later she received something in the mail stating they were letting her go with a warning. Her TSA Precheck is fine, she does not get searched constantly via plane or car even though Im sure she has that violation flag on her passport. She didn't prev have Global Entry, because was denied anyways. She travels back and forth from Mexico almost every two months and has been to about 4 trips to Europe/Africa with no issues at customs. Now that she orders grey she orders it under a diff name and to a friend's complex. I truly believe getting the passport revoked is unlikely and have yet to see any DP.
