Look at the amount of cag! I would never use cag in a blend with anything else. If you are or have tried cag can you imagine starting at 5mg?!1000005202.webp

I understand you not wanting a cag blend, but the vial has 5mg, not the dose. Use 5mg vials but only pin .25mg.

It is based on Novo Norodisk's CagriSema which is mixed one to one. Starting dose in trails was 2.4mg/2.4mg.
You don't take the whole vial.

Yes, to the one to one ratio of cagri to sema in the trials, but the starting dose wasn’t 2.4mg of each. The 2.4mg/2.4mg was the maximum dose and only about 60% of participants made it to the maximal doses in the clincial trials.

Thank you.
I want to say my point was more that a 5mg (of each) bottle is not alarming, as you don't take the whole vial at once.
According to Novo they tested both 1mg and 2.4 dosing.

Thank you.

Yes, your point was 100% correct and I left that out. Sorry about that. The 5mg/5mg vial is not alarming since you don’t have to take the whole vial. That would be quite the trip if someone did, although they would probably be too fatigued from the cagri to be nauseous from the sema.

Thank you.

Ok now that makes sense.
There are lots of people on here who can't take 1 mg to start. So it's not just me.

No reason to be rude! I'm definitely not the only one so that's that. We all react differently. There's a lot who can't take the higher doses.

Damn, so you just slam an entire peptide vial in one single go for every peptide you reconstitute?

Fkn wild man. Most people get like 10-30 doses out of vials, slamming an entire vial in a single dose is fkn wild

Again to you as well. No reason to be rude! Just because I wasn't thinking. I said NOW I UNDERSTAND.
OK, my previous post was sarcasm

You are the type of person who should not be taking peptides without medical supervision because it’s obvious you don’t understand what you’re doing

Honestly, just stop with all of this, stop taking peptides, just stop injecting or taking anything that doesn’t come with a suggested serving size or recommended dose label and learn about stuff before you hurt yourself

Dang some people just can't be nice! It cost nothing to do so!
I wasn't thinking the whole vial! Nothing but my brain being crazy. LoL
Thank you to the ones who took the time to answer and be polite.

Yes I actually do! I just wasn't thinking!

I wanted to quote myself but can't figure out how.
I wasn't thinking about it being the whole vial. I just saw cag and was like hell no! I do take it but it's just a wild peptide. In my mind I can't imagine taking it like this. But each to their own. We are all different. Just like some having issues with klow. I don't have any of the burning or any reaction.
Some of you think I'm dumb I'm not! I know exactly what I'm doing! I research daily. I don't post much like this because I figure it out on my own. I'm smart enough to do just that! So stop being an a..

I agree 100% with you about not taking cagri premixed with anything. I’m sure that’s where your concern was grounded. Only about 60% of folks in the cagrisema clincial trials made it to the maximum dose of the combined medication. I’m not surprised. Taking cagri and sema on the same day must have been tough on those folks. So cagri combined with anything is a no go for me. That being said, I’m sure that there are folks taking the combined product with no problems. It’s werid how reactions to these medications are so variable across people.

This was actually my purpose posting this. Thank you for seeing that and where I was going with this post.
They are always adding something to semaglutide. That in itself makes me never want to take it.

As far as sema, I wouldn't be afraid. I stacked a small amount of sema with tirz last fall (I think it was 1mg for about 12 weeks) and I felt good on it. Never had nausea, vomitting or any other GI sides. My weight loss had slowed a little and the sema gave me a jolt. I lost 18lbs between December and January. I have a small stockpile of sema that says "Break in emergencies" 🤣
