Hey everyone! So glad to have found this community. So much info to learn! Started on the Tirz journey last December and have been pretty much stalled these last few months. Looking to switch it up a bit but can't decide between Reta or Survo. HR increased on tirz so I'm being extra cautious.

Anyway, glad to be here!

Reta is my preferred glp1 lately, but are you on the maximum dose of tirz? have you been using grey market tirz?

Tirz increased my RHR by about 5 bpm but it has not been an issue with me so im still with it - I heard reta has a similar effect. Theres a couple of good threads on here with other folks experiences with reta w/r/t heart rate, might want to check them out!

Yes, it's grey market and rather than maxing the dose I've been stacking with cagri so my supply would last longer. Tirz is almost depleted but I'm not on the max dose yet. Debating if I should switch to reta which seems superior or survo when I restock.

That's what I'm worried about. Mine increased about 5-10 bpm on tirz. From what I read Survo doesn't have that effect.

Stacking 2 glp1s isn't recommended. they are just fighting over the same receptor and interacting in un-studied ways.
