Place an order with them recently and it doesn’t look good. How is your experience? And who did you deal with?
 
My first ever order is on the way from them. It took 4 days to get a tracking number and a couple days between each tracking update so far, but several different stops showed up on the last one. Looks like it's in the US now at least. We'll see how it fares with the whole "FDA is now going to check every package" thing. Bella is my rep.
 
I am waiting on my first order from them as well . Rep is Yoya. Compared to the other peptide seller i ordered from, communication was a bit slower, taking 4 days to send confirmation that payment was received , ( this did make me a bit nervous ) and 10 days after payment to send tracking, but it is in the country and should arrive. A lot cheaper than the other seller whose communication was excellent and quick, so I guess I will take somewhat slower communication and cheaper prices.
 
I have always had good experience with them. they are my #2 vendor. fairly priced, shipped promptly, and get the shipment actually quick,

but please be specific on what you're referring to it not looking good.

the vials look bad.
package is bad.

if it's intercepted by customs they will reissue the package.

happens with all the vendors.

Mind sharing what your #1 fav is? I plan to use SSA for my next order.
 
I’ve ordered from them twice. The first time, I received the wrong order, completely the wrong stuff. Rep said it must have been mixed with a different customer and tried really hard to get me to just ship them the order I received and they’d ship me mine. I was not happy that the vendor jumped to share the persons full name and address, and I’m sure did the same with mine giving it to them. 😵‍💫 I pushed for a reship or refund and got a reship. Arrived all good then. I was not happy about that situation and considered switching vendors, but didn’t. My second order I decided to give them another shot and the order was correct. Both came from china not the us warehouse. I think communication was fairly quick, though it took like 5 days to get the US based tracking order so it was like 12 days from the order placement before the tracking number started working, like not until it hit the US and cleared customs and was in the usps system or whatever. Overall due to their good testing results, tendency to overfill not underfill their vials, their pricing, and the success I’ve had so far, I’ll probably stick with them until I need to switch for some reason.

For the amount of packages and requests they get on a daily basis, mistakes due happen once in a while but they always fix the issue and put a smile on your face right?

The same cap color (on tirzepatide, but probably everything) continues for months and months, with the "Mfg: MM DD YYYY" changing monthly. That makes testing absolutely pointless and impossible. Additionally, they publish what they refer to as 3rd-Party CoAs, but they're potentially cherry-picked 2nd-Party CoAs. Making them 100% useless. They ignore suggestions to remedy their batching identification.

That said, I ordered through Ray from the China warehouse, got tracking quickly, and had to nag a bit while no movement showed on it. After nearly a month, Ray replied that the order was seized by Customs and reshipped. The reship came quickly. The tirz is in my hoard and will have to be a "feels" kit, which I'm not thrilled about.

So close and yet so far.

Agree completely. Even my SSA rep admits that mfg. dates and cap colors are completely meaningless. It then follows that vendor-provided COAs are also completely meaningless.

My take is that SSA has tons of product and will sell it until it's gone, even if that takes years. Without any possible way to know when the product was made or what batch it likely belongs to, testing is meaningless and you may be getting newer product or it could be 2 - 3 years old.

The only option is to test every single kit and even then you could have old and new product mixed together (even my rep admits this is a possibility). I am also staying away until they provide more transparency.
 
My biggest concern with this is who am I actually buying SSA-produced mix-and-match-batch products from without knowing about it.👀
 
I ordered some HGH back in Feb and it was fine, delivered quickly and good quality. Since then however I've seen others have problems with their HGH (cloudy) which has really put me off using them again. I didn't like the way they gaslit customers to tell them that their problem was with Hospira water and that they needed to use the special SSA water instead.

I used Yoya once and it was a pretty dry communication for sure. I don't think she ever called me friend or dear 🤔lol Many have had good experiences with Tansy in group I'm in.
