My RS was using zepbound for months and switched to using peptides from amopure. Noticed a difference in effectiveness, even after moving up a dosage. Has anyone else see this? Is it amopure? This batch was bought in Oct 2024 and was in the freezer (the powder, not reconstituted), would that matter?

Next order came from a different vendor, so I wonder if it will make a difference.

Just based on comments in this forum, you are not the first to have issues with Amopure:

I haven't had good luck with Amopure. I bought it November. No food aversion at all. No weight loss. I don't think it's a good source.
Normally on day two after injection the Tirz is in full effect and I am not hungry whatsoever. Now it feels as if I didn’t use any product. If it wouldn’t sting so much I would take an extra dose but I will not because I don’t trust it. I feel like I have thrown away money. The fact that they don’t want to replace it makes it worse.
My first vial of Amopure Tirz 10 gelled up and I could not use it, then the next two have felt like they are not working as well as what I previously had from other vendors.

The stinging / burning is very telling to me as an objective sign that something was amiss, like the fillers causing issues with absorption or whatever.

Adding that amopure=amolist=bfflist
It appears this was a short lived issue and I have not seen any recent stinging issues with their current products.

Amotide, Amopure, Amolist and now Bff are some of the most frequently tested peptides available. Amo doesn't entice us with testing, coordinating lid colors or even the best pricing. They duck and covered and rebranded averting CN legal/criminal repercussions without anyone that I've seen getting bad product, missing a shipment or ripped off. These reasons along with a website (state of the art 🤣) and payment terms keep them in a top spot.

Their product tests very well. Even the product that stung tested well. I'm still using my stinging batch that Amo made right.

There was comfort in numbers buying from Amo where it seemed that eventually everything would be tested. There were even group tests where like 8 vials from different customers (assumed same batch) were sent that also tested well. That comfort in numbers and a stash has bought me the time and patience needed for Group Buys so I'm not a shill for Amo. Haven't ordered from them since September.

It's more likely your 'RS" is going through the ups/downs ebb/flow of GLPs in general. People who are exclusively on script also report differences in efficacy amongst boxes or injectors of Zepbound, Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy not to mention all the differences people report from gray vendor to gray vendor.

I almost exclusively use Amo/BFF and regular pens. As nonyabizznez said, it has been tested to death, and their results are almost always very good - but NOT really a lot of overfill or very mild, not like others that have consistently over 15-20%. I never had an ISR but others did mid last year, I believe that was sorted out.

The "feelz" are never a good indicator - it could be that you need to jump doses, something temporary (i.e. your period if you are a female) or some other random thing. I'd increase dose and see how it goes.

Your kit is probably from pre-batch times, right? If it does have a batch info, you could search in STG to see if it was tested and what's the result.

This is true!

Since that posting testing showed the Amo a bit overfilled maybe accounting for the better glucose readings.
This.

If you don't have a COA from your kit you could inadvertently be taking a higher dose. If we assume Zep is not overfilled and if your Amo 30mg happens to be 35mg you just upped your dose. I haven't purchased from Amo/BFF but I thought I heard that they don't really provide COA's. You might want to look on the testing sites to see if you can find one (or send a vial out for testing yourself) so that you know how much you are pinning.
