ZJC Who is this and does anyone have an opinion, good or bad?

There is a GB going on with this vendor but I'm not very familiar with them. Anyone have any experience/opinions about them?

They’re Zheijiang Jiuzhou Chem. Formerly known as Taiwan Oyi, which I find odd given that Zheijiang is in PRC.

If you're a Peppys member, there's a thread with a tiny bit of reassurance on them, but mostly not much one way or the other.
