Customs Clearance delay

First time hitting this from a CN order. Does this usually clear up after some time or is this order cooked?

I had one sit in a customs hold for 6 weeks. Then they released it with no comment and no sign that they'd ever looked at it.

It looks like a FedEx package. Another source in a grey realm reported significant congestion at the Memphis and Oakland hubs, with expected delays of 2-3 days.

With the shutdown, I can only imagine most customs agents are phoning it in and not doing much while they are maybe maybe not getting back pay. I would not panic yet.

Update on the above. Original package still in limbo.

Vendor (Uther) was a champ about quickly reshipping and new package safely arrived this week. Great way to make me a loyal customer.

Really?? That's promising. I have an order hanging out in customs for six weeks now. It's from India via AE though, wonder if that makes a difference. I've been watching for the dreaded letter.

Hey guys, I’m in the same boat, my package has been sitting in Memphis for a week now. I know tirz and reta are supposed to be refrigerated so do you guys think sitting this long not in ideal temperatures that they are going to degrade in potency?

If your tirz and reta are lyophilized and not already compounded with bac water, then you are fine. The unreconstituted powder is fine unrefrigerated or unfrozen for a long period of time.
