Hey everyone, looking for any feedback/experience you all may have.
I have been on GLPs for a little over a year and have lost ~90 pounds. I started on sema from a local med spa, and switch to tirz when it became available because of the cost savings. About 2 months ago I made the switch to reta after finding research peptide sites.
I am currently taking 12 mg of reta weekly. However my weight loss has stalled significantly with ~50 pounds left to go to my goal weight. I have always had trouble stopping myself from snacking and I find reta's appetite suppression to be lacking. Sema gave me the best appetite suppression out of the three, but I know there are other benefits of reta. I am a little weary of trying cagri, given some of the warning about side effects since I know sema provides the desire affect. Which brings me to my questions:
1. Since 12mg of reta is the maximum dose in the recent clinical trials, should I avoid increasing my dose past that for the desired appetite suppression? If not, does anyone have experience going above that dosage?
2. Since reta and sema are similar but different, would it make sense to stack the two? Taking them a few days apart?
3. Would you recommend reducing my reta dose when adding the sema, and if so what would you recommend?
Thanks in advance for any feedback!
