Hey everyone, looking for any feedback/experience you all may have.

I have been on GLPs for a little over a year and have lost ~90 pounds. I started on sema from a local med spa, and switch to tirz when it became available because of the cost savings. About 2 months ago I made the switch to reta after finding research peptide sites.

I am currently taking 12 mg of reta weekly. However my weight loss has stalled significantly with ~50 pounds left to go to my goal weight. I have always had trouble stopping myself from snacking and I find reta's appetite suppression to be lacking. Sema gave me the best appetite suppression out of the three, but I know there are other benefits of reta. I am a little weary of trying cagri, given some of the warning about side effects since I know sema provides the desire affect. Which brings me to my questions:

1. Since 12mg of reta is the maximum dose in the recent clinical trials, should I avoid increasing my dose past that for the desired appetite suppression? If not, does anyone have experience going above that dosage?
2. Since reta and sema are similar but different, would it make sense to stack the two? Taking them a few days apart?
3. Would you recommend reducing my reta dose when adding the sema, and if so what would you recommend?

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Those are great results. I lost 110 pounds on Sema then stalled last year. This week I started Reta at 2mg stacked with 1.25 mg Sema. Hoping to lose another 40 pounds

RS on Reta 10-12mg and used low dose up to 1mg Sema to help. RS watched blood sugars, dipped a little low, 4 spread out meals or regular eating times helped. It helped RS move from 100 down to 120lbs down.
Thanks for the info, I didn't even think about the effect it could have on blood sugar. If I go this route I will go back to testing my blood sugar regularly.

Thanks, you too! Do you intend to lower your Sema dose as you increase your Reta beyond 2mg?

I'm interested in doing the same thing. On Wegovy 2.4 and have stalled. Of course being winter probably has something to do with the stalling. I've lost 70 (320 to 250, six feet tall) and would like to lose 25 more.

I've been on GLP-1s since Nov 24. Insurance has whipsawed me around- had to start with Wegovy, then it switched me to Zepbound (yay!), but then made me switch back to Wegovy last summer (boo!)

There are many that stack varied GLPs. I chose not to stack GLPs, but found a small dose of Cagri, with my 3mg of Reta( each 1x perweek) did well for me when I began maintenance. I have since dropped the Cagri( 11/25) and continue to maintain 3mg Reta, 1x weekly. Suppression with Cagri is usually solid.

If you have adequate supply, it seems to reason for continuing to up the Reta dose until you hit the 8-10mg mark before adding in anything else. If you are trying to stretch supply, then Sema makes sense as it’s only a GLP, which Reta is weakest at

Yes, the plan is to lower Sema as I increase Reta. I did decrease to 1mg Sema after my forth dose of 2mg Reta. I'm going to increase to 4mg Reta next week and lower Sema to 0.50mg. I'm wanting to lose 30 more pounds this year. I can increase Sema as needed. But I'm getting great appetite suppression at this time.

Im currently pinning 10mg reta with 1mg sema evwry 6 days without issue.

Had stalled for 2 months on reta 8mg. tried to increase the dose of reta but had side effects (diarrhea) so had to cut back. Had lost 100lbs on reta 8mg. added sema 1/2 mg 2 weeks ago and the weight has started to inch down again. Plan to increase the sema to 1mg.

Did you start Sema at 1/2mg or 1/4mg as per the recommended starting dose?

Good thing prices are going down for the reta bros 🙂

PWGrove's website has in-stock R40 (R44) for $195 (44 cents per mg since tested at 44 mg). The supplier was XTP, which is used by some other popular vendors.

PWGrove takes at least a few days to process orders and ship. They also have Uther R60 and T100 as a GB (but already "ordered after the New Year"; not in-stock or tested yet).

Thanks for all the feedback everyone. I started .25mg of Sema 3 days after 10mg of Reta. I am 3 weeks in and the appetite suppression is much better and my weight has begun to steadily decrease again. I'm going to keep it at these dosages for a while and slowly increase the Sema dose if needed.

Thanks for the update @Phillyphill11 . I'm looking to finally pull the trigger and stack reta with my Wegovy/semi. Interested in accelerating my weight loss a bit- have lost about 4 lbs per month the last few months.
