There is a BAC water recipe that was posted by a Brit because they have problems finding it, too. I can't seem to find it here so I asked Gemini and this is what it said. I can't find anything wrong with it, but you should verify it yourself, or filter it, and use at your own risk:
- Use sterile water: Distilled water is ideal. If using tap water, boil it for 15 minutes, then cool it completely.
- Measure benzyl alcohol accurately:
- For 10 mL of water: Add 0.09 mL of benzyl alcohol (9 units on an insulin syringe).
- For 30 mL of water: Add 0.27 mL of benzyl alcohol (27 units).
- For 100 mL of water: Add 0.9 mL of benzyl alcohol (90 units).
- Mix thoroughly: After adding benzyl alcohol, cap the vial and roll it gently until fully mixed.
- Store properly: Keep in a clean, sealed vial. Shelf life is 30 days after preparation. Store in a cool, dark place — refrigeration is recommended.
Important Safety Notes:
- Do not use plastic containers if possible; glass is safer to avoid chemical leaching.
- Sterilize all tools and containers (e.g., with alcohol wipes or boiling).
- Never use BAC water for oral or intravenous use without medical supervision.
- This guide is for educational purposes only and should not be used for human or veterinary injection without proper training and sterile technique.
