First shot of GHK-cu & KPV

Took my first shots of GHK-cu & KPV tonight. I tried to do the backfill method and OMG I wasted so much of both. It kept just leaking out. I will watch some more videos to see what I did wrong.

So far nothing spicy. I bought numbing wipes and used those. Will keep this updated. Really interested in what changes I notice.

I also got epithalon but will probably wait a week to add it in. Always interested in what others have to say.

Had a crazy ice storm this past weekend and now we are getting snow this coming weekend. Bored in the house…. In the house bored.

ETA: where do y’all plot other peptides other than glps?

I read a lot of stuff and watched videos on not mixing the 2 because they may degrade and instead backfilling the separate doses into an insulin needle.

If you shouldn’t mix them, how does backfilling not mix them?

If I want to take multiple things that shouldn’t be mixed; I pin them separately. It’s easy, more easily sterile, clean… I don’t see the downside.

I take 3 things currently, sometimes dosages line up to the same time. I take pin all three and life moves on.

Second shot tonight. Let it sit for a bit to come to room temperature. It stung a little tonight but it has receded. Didn’t try to backfill and just used 2 needles.

Edited to add. I just threw up. Didn’t have any issues last night.

I see no harm in reconning GHK-cu and KPV in the same vial.

Many vendors sell GHK-cu/KPV kits now and GLOW and KLOW have been available for some time too.

I’m just not great at math. Like my brain goes numb. I’m used the calculator for mixing two peptides and it just didn’t click. I passed college chemistry by the skin of my teeth lol.

I threw up one more time but now I feel perfectly fine. I did get pretty anxious as the shot stung like a bitch tonight. My husband had no issues.
I’ve taking tirz and Reta. Neither of those ever stung. But I have had nausea off and on. I am not really worried it was just sudden and strange.

That is the calculator I used. I will try again. It just kept saying that I had to only use so much of the KPV vial. Thank you though.

Glad you feel fine now! It does sound like it could have been an reactive response due to the severe stinging pain. It happens to people with young nervous systems! These reactions can also shift blood flow downhill so for the next few shots lie down if you feel faint or ill or odd so you dont hit your head or end up unconscious and propped up (that will starve the brain of oxygen).
Pre-icing the shot area and post-shot ice, no long than 10-15min at a time without warming up, can really help these uncomfortable pins. And lying down a few minutes after the shot!

Ghk basic 1:5 supposedly removes the sting, likely by mopping up any loosened Cu that happens over the hours following pinning. I’m going to definitely do that, I know my wimpy self.

I’ve also heard kpv helps.
But all the reports about ghk basic I’ve seen have reported complete comfort, this is still hearsay for me, I’ve not had the chance to try it yet, but I’m going for max comfort, i also have sensitive overreacting mast cells so I want to minimize setting something off

I am using the KPV. It is just such a small dose in the insulin needle I totally understand blending them.

I was just playing around, It was to help with understanding the math app. 🙂 If you like researching these peptides and have a pinch of anxiety have a look at selank. I think that helps? I have not tried it but I think it helps.

I totally got what you meant lol. I just found it interesting. I will take a deeper look. My 17 year old son has really bad anxiety. Like it makes me sad. He is also scary smart. That was one that I saw on pep.pedia sounded promising.

Oh absolutely. I will always be conservative with peptides when it come to my family. For myself I am way more risk risk tolerant. 😉

I saw someone gave you a link to a good calculator, but in this particular case, I mix my GHK-cu and KPV 5:1. I have 100 mg GHKs, so here's what I do specifically:

1. Recon (1) 100 mg vial GHK-cu with 3 ml BAC
2. Recon (2) 10 mg vials KPV with 1 ml BAC each
3. Add 1 ml BAC into a sterile 5 ml vial
4. Draw and filter the GHK and each KPV into said 5 ml vial

When it's time, draw and pin 12 units from this, and that gives you 2 mg GHK-cu and 400 mcg KPV.
