Pre-Workout - Which one do you use?

I consider SARM as steroid's bitchier and uglier sister.
You forgot to add incompetent to the list of adjectives. Sarms usually carry most of the sides of Test w/o even half of the benefits. I can't believe I'm gonna say this but even the GH secretagogues are better than SARMs...yuck...I have to wash my mouth.
 
I just do a triple espresso double protein scoop blueberry milk shake in the morning. Pre workout and breakfast. In the gym I have a litre of electrolyte/vitamin water and I’m good to go. I do creatine before the shake as well, separately with water.
 
Among the SARMs, that Alex Tatem video yesterday took me to a No-Sarms except MK-677 stance. I have heard from friends who used MK that they began looking at the weights in the gym and yelling "Get Over Here".

MK-677 is a powerful secretagogue. it was dropped from clinical trials because it gave old people congestive heart failure from all the water retention.

I take 4iu gh daily, and experienced minimal water retention. Because im oh-so-smart i realized earlier this week that i still had mk-677 lying around and figured i could chase some massive GH output by stacking GH+MK-677

I shit you not, from 25mg mk677 nightly for 3 nights i gained 10 lbs of water weight.

That's a gallon of day of extra water it packed on.

I woke up on the third night quite literally feeling my skin stretched across my body i felt like a walking water balloon.

Other people have told me that 25mg is too much and 10mg nightly is a much better dose.

Yup...GH secretagogues are not nearly as powerful as HGH but they are hell a lot safer.
 
I'm in a rare, excellent mood now. Just came back from the gym after an exceptionally wonderful workout. And I'm not tired at all. Long is the road the Varrior must travel, but Modafinil, Asia Black-25, and Euphoria make the journey pleasantly worthwhile. After ages of experimentation, I have finally found the best preworkout stack for me. Var, Moda, Asia Black and Euphoria.
 
Imo best way is to buy bulk ingredients (L-Citrulline, beta-alanine + whatever u want) and mix those + electrolyte powders.

Can also add lil cialis and caffeine pills. Saves money and u can actually dose things sufficiently.
 
*Update
Now 2 weeks on MOTS-C and I can for sure tell a difference in my lifting and cardio stamina. I'm taking 2mg MOTS-C an hour or so before I go to the gym. I'm still getting caffeine in as well before for the instant energy boost but there is no doubt my stamina has increased compared to years of the same working out without it. I know for some they see no results from MOTS-C but I'm lucky to be a decent responder I guess.
I will be cycling it for sure to prevent over saturation.
 
I’m on my first tub of preworkout, and I started on what my gym had in stock- 1st Phorm. I’m liking it so far, and it helps with those early mornings when I start out really sluggish.
 
I found that pre-workouts make me all jittery and too wired. Instead, I load creatine and beta alanine and after loading phase, take a maintenance amount everyday. Since switching to this, my pre-workout drink is literally a big cup of coffee and a mixer cup full of water. I like to workout in the morning, fasted.
seriously cofee can help... i used to take some hard stuff years ago...everything is so $$$ now

I just finished mine and was curious and what everyone else uses.
Right know I’m using Nutricost pre-x workout and stim-free ( when I’ve had enough coffee for the day). U can get it in Amazon. It’s got a good amt of L-citruline, beta alanine and taurine that packs a good pump! I actually prefer the stim-free lately because i
don’t like the crash but enjoy the extra energy or pump to max out reps.
 
I've found most pre-workouts have a TON of beta alanine and other ingredients that make you "feel" like they are working (hot/flush/itchy/nauseous). Seems the past 6 years or so they have really cranked the beta alanine levels and I got tired of feeling like crap while trying to focus on my workout. So I switched to plain ol black coffee.

I have seen a few pre-workout recipes to make at home, but have yet to try them.
 
Today's pre was 26mg Anavar, 100mg TNE, 5mg Cialis and SoCal Wild Fire. All hit at once and was flying high today.
 
Typically if your eatting properly like to your calooric needs and sleeping well you don't need a pre workout or engery drinks. Hand full of nuts or dried fruit should do it.
Add some pure Dextrose to your water you drink at the gym...

Honestly, if you keep your caffeine tolerance low and only use it before workouts, caffeine alone already does a lot of the heavy lifting.

I'd look for:
1–2 g L-Tyrosine for focus and mental drive.
75–150 mg Dynamine, which works really well with caffeine and gives a stronger "awake" feeling.
Rhodiola Rosea to help with fatigue and keep your energy up throughout the session.
Some people love Beta-Alanine, but the tingles don't really mean it's working acutely. It's more of a long-term performance ingredient than something that gives an immediate boost.
And if you're after pumps, Citrulline is still king. That's the one ingredient I'd always want in a pre-workout for pump and blood flow.
