I was thinking of stacking it.I've come up empty on this too. There are plenty of anecdotes of stacking survo (or maz) with tirzepatide to be found (ghetto reta), but very few where it's just survo or maz in isolation.
I personally find survo and maz to be interesting compounds and am disappointed that they don't receive the same love retatrutide gets. It seems unlikely to me that retatrutide is going to be the right ratio of GLP1, GIP, and glucagon agonism for everyone and survo and maz enable different ratios to be played with that are likely more glucagon-heavy. Particularly if one found retatrutide to be fatiguing, it would seem sensible to try one of these other two.

I stack it and have since 9/8/25. I've been at 7.5 tirz since 8/9/25. I did two weeks of survo at .6 mg; four weeks at 1.2 mgs; 10 weeks at 1.8 mgs, and six weeks at 2 mgs which brings us to today.I was thinking of stacking it.
LOL, your internist is full of crap!To quote my board-certified internist: "people who stack are crazy." And I started to agree with that the last time I stacked too agressively and wanted to die quietly in a corner.
To your point, this is the same doctor who had me raise my tirz dose every week instead of every four weeks. So go figure.LOL, your internist is full of crap!

I thought he was cool at the time with his agressive titration schedule, but then he started favoring Zepbound as superior to compounded (for both effectiveness and tolerability), conveniently when the FDA was giving deadlines for compounded.
There's a whole forum section for survo, did you ask over there? Not looking for shills!!

Reta is a third of the cost of survo, per mg.I dont know why its not talked about more.

Yeah, I thought the prices would have gone down more by now.Its expensive for sure because demand is currently low. Same for Maz.
