I was wondering if anyone has done this to help alleviate the sting from the injection? I found this site that had the following in the comments:

I used to experience the same. What works for me is using slightly less bacteriostatic water and adjust the pH using sodium bicarbonate (comes in an injectable sterile bottle). For KLOW, I use 2.8ml BAC and 0.2ml of 8.4% sodium bicarbonate. A before/after test using pH strips confirms the pH is elevated from 4.5-5 to around 8, removing the sting for me.

His adjustments were made with KLOW. That's not an option for me. I don't want to do KLOW but I am interested in GHK-CU. I was going to order the 100mg vials and I'm wondering if anyone smarter than me can help me figure out volumes of BAC/SB to adjust the pH to make it less painful. Without having the proper tools I don't know how to determine the starting pH of the GHK solution.

Edit: I'm seeing I just need test strips for pH testing. That I can probably figure out.

Only reason he is adjusting is for the ghk in the klow, so if it works which I have no clue as I never researched that. It should work for just ghk. PH test strips on Amazon

So, would it be better to adjust the PH with SB or just stabilize it with phosphate buffered saline?

Any idea where to get 8.4% sodium bicarbonate in an injectable sterile bottle? Plenty of places online list it for Dr/Dentist supply, but they want a license number to sell it to you. Is this an India purchase?

Underground supply has it. Just so happens I literally ordered a couple bottles on Saturday and they arrived today.

Thanks. I just had an order canceled at another Supply that called and asked for my license #. Too bad, they were packaged in individual 25 - .1ml injectors. Would've been super clean and easy with two injectors per vial of KLOW, that is, if I ever get my KLOW...Please share how it worked for you.

I buy all my needles and syringes and pen supplies from eBay. I have a couple kits of GHK-CU I plan on reconstituting with PBS. I only ordered the SB to smooth out KLOW because also have a whole kit of KLOW I want to use up.... PBS causes BPC-157 to make aggregates so I'm shooting for BAC saline with a little bit of SB if it needs it. I've only been on the KLOW a month and I swear my skin looks better <shrug>

If anyone here hasn't tried GHK-Cu because it stings, don't be discouraged. I's not that bad. I inject 2g of coper with 8units which is very concentrated. The best thing to do if you're worried about "stinging", make sure there is NOT a drop of product on the tip of the needle and poke with a little bit of speed. Don't ease the needle in.

Don't be discouraged...it's not bad at all. More of a nuisance.

Spicy isn't my concern, truly. Big ass welts, bumps for weeks, is mine😬

Since my ghkcu is already reconstituted, how much sodium bicarbonate can I add to the syringe for backfilling?

I have not read this thread, why are you guys wanting to lower the PH, it is buffered PH neutral. Like 7.2 I believe

When synthesized in the lab they make most peptides ph stable in a range, so they work with bac which is usually ph range which like around 5-7
But Sodium Bicarbonate 8.4% is 7-8.5pH so wouldn’t that raise the overall pH of the reconstituted KLOW?

Yes which can cause effects like solubility, charge, and structural conformation, so pretty much putting the chain of amino acids in a different order. Which destroys them and becoming ineffective
