Hello everyone,

Does anyone have experience supporting the treatment of chronic inflammation of the biceps tendon?

I have already started some exercises to strengthen my shoulder and back muscles/rotator cuff, but almost all pushing movements in the gym are still very painful. For example, I can't use the butterfly machine at all.

I'm thinking about trying BPD-157 here.

BPC 157 works for tendons in general, but you might need to experiment with dosage, often the recommended 0.5 mg daily is not enough, I had success with 1mg. Also, you shoud avoid inflamation inducing foods, that's something you should experiment with to find what might be your triggers. Food can have huge impact, so you might try some form of elimination diet.

It did help me with some of the pain and give me more function, range of motion, etc. If it's that bad it may take several months to rehab and better. Give it a good 6 weeks and dose up as your comfortable with it, if that don't help a lot add the TB4/TB500 and take that with it.

I'm having surgery next week, rotator cuff tear, frozen shoulder, distal clavicle, bicep tendinopathy. I'm using the BPC/TB4 to help repair after surgery, it did help me limp along during rehab. But it's just not a fix for me, been at it for over a year and I get to do the other shoulder after this one. Good luck.

HGH has more human studies for recovery than anything in KLOW, including BPC.
Truth be told, after the 1st week of 1mg each of BPC/TB4 12 weeks. I'm gonna run some KLOW, IGF-1 LR3, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin and some TA-1. I'm gonna slow roll it all in, so as not to over whelm myself. But hopefully be able to hit the gas after 2 weeks, once I get off the hard drugs.

I had terrible biceps tendonitis for almost a year. Nothing helped. Stretches, exercises, red laser therapy....
On a whim I tried wearing a nicotine patch on my arm. After a month I was pain free.
I have since stopped wearing the patch and am now on BPC-157, TB500 and HGH. Still pain free.
My mother has had similar success with pain in her foot.

i quit smoking a few years ago, so nicotine seems not the best option
🙂

Has there been any studies in this? What gave you the idea to use a nicotine patch?

I have bicep tendinitis on both arms. I’m currently doing BPC 1mg daily and TB500 2mg twice a week. Is that fine or would you recommend to change it?

Depending on the scope of your injury, but also your general health -- No1 do you have reason to suspect you might have some things that shouldn't be helped to grow, but do you eat clean too. I think 1mg BPC a day is OK, but people react differently. Some people with acute injuries use higher doses for a limited time, for example a week, and than cut down. I would rather be patient and not experiment with doses too high, and instead do appropriate tendon exercises (if you can) - the page linked below is great source for all things related to tendonitis, it helped me for different tendon injuries. But all this is gray area, and I don't know your situation, so it's up to you to think what's best for you.

I had gone down a rabbit hole reading about medicinal uses for nicotine. I don’t remember where but I read something about it being good for pain and inflammation so I gave it a shot. Wish I had done it sooner.

Look into it. It’s crazy all the uses there are for nicotine.

BPC has been banned by WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency). That's how you know it works...
From experience and talking to others, higher doses seem to work better. Its half life is around 4 hours so 2x a day is better than a single larger dose.

Yo will do thanks for the tip! I’ve got bicep tendinitis on my right and it’s not going away either. I'm going to try a round of bpc first but if that doesn't work I'll give the patch a shot. Thanks!
