First and foremost… congrats on the 30lbs!
You should increase the dose at this point. 2.5mg is just barely over the starting dose from the clinical trials. Also, start concentrating on non-scale wins… clothing fitting better and things. Your body composition is changing even if the scale isn’t moving.
Another thing to remember is that the less weight you are carrying, the harder you need to work to move the number on the scale down. I’ve lost 115lbs from my peak and have 90lbs to my goal. I FEEL so much better, but I’m no longer carrying around the extra weight so I am burning fewer calories with the same amount of activity. To keep the scale moving, I’ve needed to do more. That means either putting more time into the exercise or exercising more aggressively (adding weights, increasing speed, etc.).
